When ordering for delivery we were told food would be at our office no later than 12pm, it was 15 minutes late. When calling to find out where order was, they non-chalantly said they dont guarantee a delivery time, and that the food should be there soon.(this was 10 minutes after they said the driver had already left and the food would be there in 5 minutes. This location is less than 15 minutes away from the office.) We asked the driver for the managers name, which was Steven, but when we asked for the manager over the phone, Kathryn represented herself as the manager and was extremely rude. They werent going to leave the receipt. When we finally got the receipt the driver tore the order number off the receipt. The portion size is smaller than they have served in the past. They almost put some chicken in the 3 lunch specials ordered. The containers were maybe half full at best. Service and value have gone down drastically at this location. We have been ordering from this location from years, but are now doubting we will order from here again based on the service and portion to price ratio. Its just not worth the aggravation.

Bobo offers large portions, great tastes, fast service, and cheap prices. I recommend the pot stickers, any of their fried rice, and their beef and chicken dishes. Their food always arrives hot! I typically get my orders in 30 minutes or less. (Manhattan Beach Blvd) If I pick up the order I can get my order typical in 15 to 20 minutes. For what I would pay at most restraints for 4 pot stickers, I get 8 or 9! I prefer these pot stickers over Panda Express, China Grill, or Samurai Sams, because the pot stickers taste sweet, and the post stickers are about twice the size of the pot stickers at China Grill. A single order of stir fried rice is more then enough for 4 or 5 people. The rice has a great flavor, while being soft, fluffy and sticks together well witch make it easy to eat with chop sticks or a fork. BoBo uses plastic containers for their orders, just like Pomodoro. These containers reseal easily, keep heat in, and they work well for re-microwaving.

I am compelled to write my first ever online review, as I saw another dismal review, eveeryone is entitled to opinon! So heres mine - I come from a small suburb in northern cali where Chinese food for some reason or another ploiferates and is outstanding. Im highly attune therefore. Bobos offers good old greasy Chinese. Anything fried is done just right, I.e., sweet and sour pork and egg/ spring rolls. Ten times better than any fast type Chinese you may find... But definitely not stellar quality... I wouldnt try mooshu for example, and I dont receive baby sliced oranges at the finale of my meal. Its also far from fusion. Lovely gal works there, its cheap, and fast.

This place has wonderful food, good place to eat but when ordering over the phone is horrible. Website said free delivery minimum $7.00 cool, I place my order with extra chicken guy over the phone tells me "oh nothing to drink" I reply nope... guy reply back "oh we need it to be $11.00 so that we can deliver" Come on people change you website info and get it right. Not cool at all. Makes me think Im ordering food that is $6.95 plus $2.00 extra for meat which is around $10.00 and they want an more from me.. I hope that management reads this and changes the website info.

I know someone who worked there, and Im not sure if the owner/manager forgot that he was in the USA and not a work camp. but he only hires young ppl and tries to avoid paying taxes. Makes his payroll in cash until the employee ask for a W-4, then hell conveniently not put them on the schedule (Fires Them).. Food Okay-Customer Service -0!!! WATCH OUT FOR "Steve" Manager/Owner. Police have been called several times to this "Hoe in the Wall"...

We went last night for the first time. Delicious! Super friendly staff, fast service, and the food was terrific. We had Fish in Black Bean Sauce Sauteed Mixed Vegetables Spicy Szechuan Wontons Everything was tasty and well prepared. We loved it! Both of us agreed we will definitely be coming back. (I have some leftovers waiting for me in the fridge, and honestly I cant wait for lunch!)

worst attitude and food ever!! i order seafood noodle soup and was told to have fish, shrimp tofu and lots of vegibable, but i ended up getting NOTHING in the soup, only eggs and some mushroom, and it tastes bad, when i called back, the ATTITUDE is VERY VERY BAD!! WILL NEVER, EVER ODER FROM THEM!!

Portions are generous and food is not over drenched in sauce. You can order the level of spice you like which is great. We would order the chicken kung pao, pepper beef and szechuan eggplant again. Fried rice was very bland.
