On the Rocks is a place my friends and family frequent because of the great service, food and drinks. We have made it our home away from home to relax and have fun. Lately I feel that their once amazing service has slowly declined. Saturday night I experienced the worst service thus far. Our server Julie greeted us and brought our drinks and then never acknowledged us after that. We tried waving her down several times while just being ignored. Finally after our drinks were empty for about 45 minutes our friend had to get up and get her so we could get another round. In that 45 minute window our friends, who were also trying to get our servers attention, had to estimate what their portion of the bill would because upon trying to get her attention they elected to leave. At that point I wish we would have just got our check because we never heard or saw her again. It was completely unacceptable, especially on a slow night. I could understand maybe if it was packed, but weve gotten better service on holidays and fight nights. I was finally able to get the attention of another server who I told about our experience and she quickly got our bill and closed us out without any acknowledgement of our bad experience. That usually would have been a night where we would have invited more friends to join us, order a couple rounds of drinks, and order some food. I really hope this gets recognized and service improves or we will not be returning. I really hope that is not the case and look forward to writing a great review in the future.

The the name has a double meaning: refers not only to the bar drinks, but also for the structure that was built from river rock! Just absolutely beautiful! When you walk in directly in front is multiple seating at tables. Behind that is the dance floor and stage area for LIVE MUSIC!!! CRIMSON CROWBAR is a regular band there...they are GREAT! ROCK N ROLL with a twist: attractive rockin VIOLINIST plugged in! You have to see to believe! To the right is a large bar and a surrounding bar area. You can venture outside to patio dining with a small waterfall flowing over river rocks!!! To the left of the seated tables are booths, and tables in the front section that all have screen TVs to enjoy your favorite sports! The wait staff hustles and greets everyone with a smile. The food is very Good! I chose a seared ahi burger and sweet potato fries....EXCELLENT! Their signature cocktails are variations of the Moscow Mule. I like the Citrus Mule. Folks have a hard time locating the RESTROOMS: WOMEN are the FORWARD side of the booth section; while the MEN are in the REAR side. Hope this helps! Always enjoy spending time here!

Ordered a pitcher of pbr from the patio. Nice patio. Took over 10 mins for the waitress to tell us theyre out of pbr. Theyre out, thats fair. We order a pitcher of bud lite instead. They took about 15 to deliver that and only after my buddy asked for it direct from the bar. By that point, we deduced this place wasnt the best for service. We asked for the check and received it with no acknowledgement of the lackluster service wed received thus far. I guess what Im saying is that I hoped a place with bad service would understand bad service and apologize, but this place was so bad they couldnt distinguish between good and bad. On the rocks sucks.

Sad about this place-it used to have good food and the atmosphere was good as well-servers seemed friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs-the bar is the cash cow here so noisy and a bit rowdy is the order of the day but you can sit outside near the rocky "water feature" and its kinds nice in good weather-of late its very hard to get served, food is marginal and prices have risen-parking isnt easy-its a bit off the beaten path so I just have stopped bothering-I stopped in recently because I was going by-waited about 15 minutes to get served and they were out of menu items at 2 in the afternoon---

My wife and i always ate there and have never had bad food or service 99% of the time. but Friday night was horrible. My rum and coke and her drink tasted horrible. Hers was so bad even i could not drink it LOL. Then the food came. The fish tacos were the best, loved them. My wife had the three taco combo they tasted like moldy bread. It was not mold but seasoning. We ended up leaving ASAP so i could take her to dinner at another place. Not sure what they changed but please put it back. I am not sure if i will ever get her back in there again.

Sad.......that a place with such a great atmosphere doesnt match in food, drink, or service. I ordered a tequila sunrise during a Wednesday night happy hour and there wasnt any Tequila in it. My friend ordered a 2nd drink to replace her mai tai. I had happy hour ribs that were so tough, I couldnt chew them. They masked the meat by covering them with a jar of bbq sauce. Its just too bad......the place would get a lot more business if they cared about quality.

Me and my gf arrived at 8:40 pm. We did not get any service until 9:14. But not before 3 other tables who arrived 30 min later. Received their drinks, food first. Am I missing something? This place lacks professionalism!! Please train your staff correctly!!!!! Have your servers check in with your guest upon arrival.

Love coming here for a drink, dinner, or happy hour. My 4 year old loves the kids room with the big screen TV and many bean bag chairs. Of course the waterfalls and sound of running water is always relaxing. A nice little Oasis, yet close to home.

Atmosphere is great. Appetizers are delicious. Daily special cocktails are awesome and tasty. Nice patio with comfortable furniture and fire pit. Only downfall is that they allow smoking on the patio. ☠

Nice ambience. Went there for the Happy Hour. Tried their chicken wings. Not the best but not bad at all. Live music was good. A nice place to spend time with friends and colleagues.
