Ever Since the new manager kicked in, she started getting rid of literally everything. They had wifi, however she decided to save some pennies and get rid of that, which basically ruined the purpose of even going there. After trying and trying to save every single pennies she can possibly save, theyre getting rid of every single ingredient on not only their deserts but also the food they serve. For an example the snow drops, at first they only got rid of almonds, then now they got rid of icecream. For the ice cream we had to pay nearly four dollars which was a very cheap move for a 10 dollar snow drop. From another friends working experience there all i heard from him was that all the new manager tries to do is save all the cash she can possibly save and only focuses on the profit. She does not welcome any drinks or food from another place and complains and goes all up on you for not ordering and just staying there. No purpose of going whatso ever. Please do not waste any of your cash at this cheap place.

Service here is bad and inconsistent. I order the same thing each time (Japanese style mochilato) and EVERY time they make it different. A couple times I tried to order something new, and either they made the same thing I got before (when I ordered something else) or they tell me they dont make those any more. There are always different people working there AND NONE OF THEM KNOW HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING THERE. Simple easy things to make THEY SCREW UP. I tried one last time tonight to get a japanese style mochilato, along with an Italian style, AND THE GIRL MADE TWO OF THE SAME THINGS. Last time I went in I reminded an old guy making it to put Mochi balls in. He told me Japanese style does not include mocha balls. I read it right off the menu to him and he snared at me and reluctantly put some in. SCREW THIS PLACE. I feel they pick and choose who they are good to and who they arent.

Kind if hidden in corner of Tmobile & next to Koba Tofu Service ok 3 stars Mango gelato 4.5 stars Yummy, creamy & fruity Chocolate hazelnut gelato 3 stars Pretty good chocolatey w actual hazelnuts inside Portions were on the small side & this place doesnt have as many dessert/ food selections as the Irvine location. A lot of kids after school here..who knew that this place was a teenybopper hangout place? =P Overall, a nice clean place to hangout after dinner to catch up or chill with friends ;)

This place is great! They have ample parking and the workers are very nice. Not only do they have mochi-gelato, but they also have macaroons and ginormous cream puffs courtesy of beard papa! They also have food! and ice cream sundays, other Asian desserts etc. They also have food, and the decor is modern and plentiful. Its the perfect place to study. Its also very clean. As you can tell, I love this place and would come here every day if I could.

I just left this place. I used to go every once in a while cause the food was yummy but the guy at the cash register was rude this time! Im discouraged from going back for sure. In addition Ive always thought they were extremely over priced. If Im gonna pay twice as much as I would elsewhere I expect very good service.

The fruit waffle is excellent. Waffle with chocolate syrup, bananas, strawberries, topped with whipped cream and strawberry ice cream. Delicious! They also have a wide variety of gelato and mochi ice creams. (I only go here for dessert foods.)

Gelato with mochi, Wayy to sweet and really just ehh.. They have big tables there so its great to play some monopoly or card games with group of friends. Good spots for kids!
