Overpriced for the horrible food and drink (and even service) that this place serves up. We ordered the enchiladas and paella. We couldnt stomach either. At least the enchiladas looked decent. The paella looked like it was leftover food that had been regurgitated. We also ordered a house margarita and a caipirinha. The margarita was horrible. And they advertise the caipirinha as a Brazilian drink but it was so horribly sour with lime juice and water (tasted like premade bottled lime juice) and had no sweetness whatsoever. It didnt taste like a caipirinha or anything even remotely close to it that youd find in Brazil or that region of the world. At least their soup was half- decent. And our waitress was sweet but absent-minded and absent most of the time. They have live music but the live music doesnt match the type of food and environment (it should be Spanish, Brazilian, tropical something better than this!) We walked by and have driven past this place so much and have always been so excited and curious about it. What a huge disappointment!!!! For a $70 meal, I would have expected way better!!! Oh and the waitress forgot to charge is the happy hour price for the margarita (which she brought up we didnt even bother) and her way to remedy it was to give us a couple bucks in cash. I mean really?!?

Went there last night. This place has seriously gone downhill in recent years. We were sitting fifteen feet from at least six employees and it took me five minutes to get someones attention when we were ready to order. Not one of them would make eye contact with me and I didnt want to be rude and whistle or snap my fingers. The house margarita is junk. The $6 we paid was far too much, it was worth maybe two. I paid $3 extra for the house special salad to replace the one that comes with the meal; it was about six bites worth of spinach. My girlfriend had fish tacos, which were not even tacos. When the plate came, it was a burrito made with a whole wheat flour tortilla. The fish was so-so. The only good thing I can say is that my chile verde was excellent, a real great recipe. This is the only thing I will recommend at this restaurant. My gf, a longtime aficionado of this restaurant, will not go back again. They have lost our business. Me? I would only go back for the outstanding chile verde, made with beef in a great and flavorful sauce and cooked just right.

Sure the location is quite lively, the decor, by some standards, may be above par, and in a city like Fullerton, a restaurant like this holds some integrity, but to put it blatantly, the food is bland, and the customer service is terrible. The last time I called the receptionist told me that since it was lunch-hour she wouldnt be taking reservations. This wouldnt have been too serious of an issue if she hadnt damn near shouted at me. Too much traffic for too few waiters. The same problem had happened the last time I ate there, it just took them forever to ask us what we wanted, and then after that they even fumbled our order, "accidentally" allowing chicken into their "strictly vegeteratian" dishes. The brunt of this restaurants value is generated in presentation and in strategic paid advertisments placed in free OC magazines you can find locally. Try the food, but dont expect to be dazzled. In fact, you might come out a little harassed.

We were truly disappointed with this restaurant. The food was barely edible, the service was slow, the waiter was inattentive and rude. We will never eat there again, nor would I recommend it ever. Side note, we used the Entertainment Book at this restaurant. Sometimes we find GEMS in the Entertainment Book, other times we find places that I can not imagine would stay in business without coupon customers.

This place has amazing food. Been going here for years and never bad service or bad food. Highly recommend the filet mignon, if you like spicy. Very quiet and romantic atmosphere. They also catered my wedding in the Villa Del Sol courtyard and they did an amazing job of it. A+ from all my guests too.

This seems to be the place to hang out if you work at Fullerton College or at the Fullerton College Foundation. Been here a couple of times with co-workers and the service is always excellent. Bonus: they take reservations for large groups!

I really dont come here for the food, not impressed with the food. I normally come here for the bar and the bar tender Tim. He makes the best drinks and some that arent in the mixed bar menu. If you come here, ask for Tim.

Had a great time! I love to go on Wednesday nights. There is an amazing wine tasting and a great tall blonde bartender who is so nice and attentive (not to mention cute.)

Had a drink at the bar and a couple appetizers, but nothing was interesting or exciting about this place, so we ended up skipping dinner and going elsewhere.

Place your order as soon as you arrive to bootleggers and pizza will be ready by your second beer. Good food and service is great.

Delicious light food. Shrimp enchiladas Verde and ahi tuna salad are my favorites. The albondigas soup is great as well
