If you want good burgers or Red Robin specifically, go to a different one. Great food, horrible service. My burger was perfect and the fries were done right. The service was horrendous - our server was incredibly unaware and lackadaisical the entire time. I never once saw her walking quickly or hustling, which wouldve been fine if wed been taken care of, but we werent. At one point I had an empty glass for so long that I pushed the "call server" button, which a manager responded too after 5 minutes because our server didnt!

Ive missed the teriyaki chicken sandwich on it pineapple. It was as I remembered. The only negative was they how old my MIL on her meal, but it was partially her own fault as she didnt listen to be about subbing soup for fries and ended up with smaller burger patties, but a double cheeseburger and thrn was up sold on sweet potato fries when what the really wanted was a small single burger and soup. Oh, well you can drag a horse to water but you cant make them drink or in this instance listen.

Very bad service, waitress barely acknowledged our tables existence. Appetizers and food were timely, but it wasnt her that brought our food. We didnt get napkins or utensils until an hour after we sat down. Asked for a couple ranches with our "bottomless" fries and returned with 1 half full side of ranch. $62 dollar bill for bad service, and mediocre food. Ill definitely pass on going to this location again. I gave a extra star because my beer was cold and delicious.

Came on a Friday night at 7pm and was able to get a seat right away. Service was good. Our waitress was effective and polite without being pushy. Witnessed my empty drink and before I could ask for a refill, another was on the table. The food arrived hot and our check was taken care of without issue. I liked this place. The Paladio is a great little shopping center. I wished there were more stores!

I go here 2-3 times a month. Its a great place to eat and the house margaritas are perfect. Sometimes there is a wait on fridays and saturdays but worth the wait great food and drinks. Although lately i have had servers that arent all that speedy and attentive.

Food was good, place was busy and servants took a while to come. Place is nice though. Would come again to try more things. If you wanna order more things, you have to do it on the tablet which took longer. Entertainment fee if you use the tablet.

Ordered one of their burger special. They served it cold. Told them it was cold and they replaced with a new one which was cold again. Tried to eat but couldnt. They took it off the bill.. But my dinner was ruined

I love this place for burgers. But their bottomless fries are disappointing. They give you so few to start, and by the time another basket comes around, youre done eating your burger. But the food tastes great.

Only Red Robin in the area that I know of. Always recommend the freckled lemonade it is free refills so go to town. Also if you can(over 21) sit in the bar area you seem to get the best service.

I have Celiac disease. They do a great job of keeping my food from being cross contaminated. Ive never gotten sick there! The staff are very knowledgeable and dont make me feel like an inconvenience.
