i went to turn in a job application here and i was kept waiting for about 3 minutes to turn it in. may i say there was no one else in line and one of the people that worked there walked past me 2 or 3 times and looked at me standing there waiting. and when he finally came to me he was very rude. and i call the manager to see if he gave it to her and she says that she didnt see my application! coincidence? i think not!

Service was very poor waited over 25 mins and the servers were rude about it. The food quality was good . I also ordered a LG cappuccino blast and the cup was not full. It was more like a medium. It has been a while since I was there , now I remember why. One star is being very nice

Horrible service!!! Ordered a cake two days ago for my sons bday. Came in to pick up the cake, only to find that they messed up. Spoke to a Jessica to have it fixed, she was highly unprofessional with a bad attitude and wasnt happy about fixing the cake.

Great service. Jared is both friendly and patient. Because the ice cream shop is also a Togos it smells like sandwiches. Ice cream is still delicious, you just may not want to eat there if your sensitive to smells.
