I just moved away Davis and one of the reasons Im so sad is because of Common Grounds. The cold brew was hands down the best Ive had, beating Temple or any of the other fancier places in the area (in my opinion, obviously; I prefer low-acidity coffee where you almost feel like youre drinking the grounds). There is a lot of seating, including couches and comfy chairs which I love. The people are all super nice, and its a good place to do work because its not overwhelmingly loud.

Sun, Michelle and all the employees are always so welcoming here! They have a variety of products that they offer from sweets to coffee and even Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! They also offer free wifi. If you have trouble connecting to the wifi, the employees there would always be more than happy to help you out! Great vibes, LOVE this place!

Clean. Plenty of seating. Great for students getting their caffeine fix and a place to focus on studying. Staff are polite and have a smile. Doesnt seem anywhere as rushed as Starbucks typically is. Support the small businesses and not the chain stores!

Best coffee shop in Davis. Coffee and tea taste fresh, and the environment is roomy and inviting. My only complaint is the stupid instaconnect rubbish WiFi which you have to pay for to use. Would rate 5 stars if they had their own WiFi.

Very quiet and easy to concentrate on my work. The coffee is good. There are comfortable padded chairs as well as wooden straight back chairs. The background music makes it easier to ignore others conversation.

Great local coffee shop to start my day. Coffee is good, pastries are good. Only 4 star because of a very mediocre berry muffin experience one day. Its my regular place - better than Starbucks.
