Food is good but the staff specially those wearing pink in uniform does not know what service means. I had 3 encounter in these store that i think the manager needs to evaluate his staff. Spending at least $ 200 a week in this store upsets me with the service being rendered.

This is a better franchise than McDonalds, still fast food, but the choices are better. The roasted chicken meal is great, with several sides of your choice. Service is quick and friendly here. If you eating by yourself, get the sandwich, just as good.

This Boston market isnt really different than any other Boston Market, the food is the same comfort food youd expect to find at that quality. The service is friendly enough although they are a bit forgetful at times. They forgot my cornbread twice :O!

One of the best deals at Boston market is the 2 for 1 coupon on your receipt. You wont get it if you eat on Saturday, but on any other day, your receipt will have a coupon that is only good for the next Saturday. But its 2 meals for price of 1.
