Whenever Im in town I make a point to come eat here at LEAST once. The food is phenomenal. The ambiance is personable and unique. You can taste the love in each delicious bite. There is something on the menu for every mood my palate is in. I always start with a Minestrone soup (the healing nectar to my heart) AND a salad. Then I usually get the fried calamari, zucchinni or stuffed mushrooms, tho sometimes, Im feeling wild and get the Crab Cakes. YUM! The specials change daily, but my faves are Steak Pizzayola, Rack of Lamb, Filet Mignon, Salmon and Tilapia ANY STYLE. Well, these were before I became veggie. Now I love to have Stuffed Shells and Manicotti, Egplant Rolatini, the Gniocci, OMG! I dont even wanna talk about it. SO GOOD!!!! And the desserts! Ya gotta try the Sabayon, Creme Brulette, Tiramisu, and Apple turnovers. FurREAL and the selection of wines... I wish they opened one up in Santa Cruz so I could go there tonight. All I can say is this place is EXQUISITE!

This place was awful. We have eaten there several times in the past. Last night when we went in for dinner, there were 4 of us and we ordered 3 different appetizers. Each appetizer was horrible, and the bottle of wine they brought out for us was very warm (not room temp). We told the server how unhappy we were and he said he understood. We then placed our dinner order. Apparently, after we placed our dinner order the server told the owner that we were complaining and she came to our table. We told her what we didnt like about the food, and instead of listening and trying to fix what we didnt like, she cut us off mid sentence and said I dont think you are going to like the rest of the food here, let me get you your check and have a good night. We paid our WHOLE bill eventhough we ate nothing. We told her not to take anything off the bill. The customer service there definitely does not exist.

Ive had better service here in the past. The food was delicious however the waitress first forgot our appetizer. Then at the end of the night she forgot our dessert. She asked if we still wanted it but its my opinion at that point that they should have offered the slice of tiramisu at no charge as a way of saying Im sorry for forgetting two parts of your order. The friend I was with didnt want to beg for the desert he had already ordered.

The service and food are incredible. The garlic spread and fresh baked bread are always a greag start. Choose a nice bottle of wine and wait for the list of specials. The menu is fantastic, but the specials are, as they will say, "life changing". End with a fine selection of sweet tooth choices, also a little life changing. Francos is a must go. Everyone I have brought to francos has graded it highly and gone back on their own....

Absolutely the best food in this end of town, I live in Redondo Beach, happened by and had no idea of this place. I know great Italian food and this is right up there in quality, service, price is very reasonable. Alex was awesome and made great choices for my wife who is vegetarian. Highly recommend this wonderful little restaurant. Wish they had another location in Redondo! Outstanding!

I am a regular. I almost never order off the menu because theyre specials are really delicious, but those who do order off the menu arent disappointed. Love the spinach/chicken risotto, spinach/cheese ravioli, vodka sauce, tilapia, pizza...you cant go wrong. And everyone knows their flourless chocolate cake is decadently wonderful!

Just had my first experience here the food was fabulous I tried the veal and the coconut cake its a great family restaurant and you love great Italian food with unique dishes and preparation you will love this place take somebody you care about and go have lunch or dinner and have some fun its the real deal

I found Francos restaurant to be quite excellent in terms of service and food quality. There where four adults and two children, and everyone was very satisfied with their meals. Our 6 year old exclaimed "Best spaghetti Ive ever had". Will definitely come back again!

Best Antipasti I ever had, And the best banana cream pie, and the service was that of a 4 star restraint for such a small ( hole in the wall ) restraint. I would recomend this to Everyone interested in real italian cuisine for such a great price. PERFECTO!!!

This is the best Italian restaurant in the area and is bargain to boot. I like the Chicken Marsala. The bread is great, the place is family run and the folks are nice. I have been a number of times and have brought friends and my office staff.

Excellent food and excellent service. Everyone was polite and courteous as always. I had one of the specials, Chilean sea bass, which was absolutely delicious. Their dessert was top notch too.

This "quaint Italian restaurant boasts large portions of traditional dishes. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and homey. Fit for a romantic date night or small group outing.
