Just left our food there. Asked for a wet green burrito and was told it wasnt hot, it was. I told the counter girl, wasnt a big deal to her. The chili relleno burrito, chili wasnt quite cooked and there mighta been scrambled eggs in it. Thanks for the fathers day breakfast. We left the food and went to the restaurant across the street which we shoulda done in the first place.

BRIANA need to be fired , worst customer service ever told my mom in the drive thru "you need to smile more". We are trying to find corporates number to report her. This is not the first time weve noticed her bad service, always has attitude and very rude. If anyone has corporates #, wed appreciate the help.

Patrons Be Aware... We were charged over $400 for 3 bean & cheese burritos , a regular quesadilla, 2 meat burritos and 4 drinks.. WOW !! I didnt realize until I viewed my account 2 days later. Pepes has not refunded me my $$ seems as if they are giving me the run around..

The staff is reasonably friendly and efficient, and the food is so good as most Mexican restaurants. This establishment is set up a bit more like a fast food place than a full fledged restaurant; although, the menu has a rather large selection.

The shredded beef for the burrito was a bit dry. Needed to be in a container with its own marinade juices to stay tender. Also, the burritos looked like they had something put on top of them and flattened. Normally a good place.

We always come here for their Pepes Nachos they are the best. You pick the meat you want chicken, asada or carnitas. I always get the carnitas my son gets the asada. Large order can feed 2 or 3 people depending on your appetite.

I grew up going here with my grandparents, and one of the employees watched me grow up. He still knows me to this day, but sadly moved to another location. I have to say this is what Mexican food should taste like. Love it.

I always get my 3 Cheese Enchiladas with rice and beans. They make it to perfection for me. The staff is always friendly, and the Manager take good care of my orders always. Love this place.

I give Pepes only four stars because although their food is delicious, the cashier is always rude. And the posted hours are 8 a.m. but they are never open until around 8:15-8:30.
