This place has EVERYTHING. Its perfect for breakfast or lunch and has everything from healthy rye bread sandwiches and fruit smoothies... to paninis and donuts. Usually this would be a bad thing as most places that try to do it all lack in quality... not this place. Recently renovated with a friendly staff... My girl and I are call this our "spot" she craves it

The chai tea lattes are great here! The place is always packed, so service can be cold and rushed. The employees never look happy, but perhaps theyre just exhausted from running around. The pastries and coffee drinks are wonderful, but dont come here if youre uncomfortable around crowds or dont like employees pushing you out of their way.

This place is really well managed. They are super busy all day long but are able to handle it with efficiency and composure. They seem to find the best employees. We came here almost every day when we lived in the neighborhood. Oh yeah, and the food is really good and fresh with plenty of healthy choices and amazing donuts

The moment you walk in your eyes light up from all the pastures in front of you always get one on your way out. No Perservsatives and they are made fresh every single day. The burriots and sunrise on bagel selections are the best. Number 1 place in Newport Beach for breakfast.

Parking challenges aside, we got lucky today ....so not a problem. But can be at peak times. Service was quick and simple....food was quickly delivered and yummy. Not expensive considering where its located. A good consistent place to grab a pastry, coffee or sandwich.

Nice view on Costa Highway - being in Corna Del Mar area is a ++ for me I am in love of this area. Waking distance from the beach and beach walk with lovely Corna Del Mar sea view. Food selection is good. Coffee was not wow though. Staff are friendly

We took the family for breakfast. We ate the Lucio burritos, grilled ham and cheese and a steak sandwich. The food was delicious. The latte my wife and I shared had a very smooth taste. Very affordable for the location. Highly recommended!!!

At 10:30 am the line was out the door, and for good reason. With a wide variety of sandwiches, burritos, donuts and other breakfast pastries this place does not disappoint. Very limited parking and seating, so get here early!

Great breakfast spot. Order with one of the delightful staff, pick your table, and enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee or one of the best "old fashion" donuts ever. Or try the eggs benny, or breakfast burrito or....whatever!

The grilled chicken wrap with spinach is creamy and delicious. It seems to stay pretty busy, but we still found a place to sit. The staff made good recommendations too. Parking can be a challenge though.

The BEST yogurt parfait ever!! Its my all-time favorite (and Ive eaten a lot of parfaits!) My family eats brunch here almost every Sunday and we never get sick of it!! Roses has always been a town favorite!
