Exemplary service, right off the bat, on a early Sunday afternoon brunch session. The area is pleasantly calm and offers plenty of parking space so the usual hassles of local brunch spots are refreshingly absent for this spot. The menu offers a great selection of popular brunch foods, from Blueberry French Toast with a unique & crumbly twist to Croque Monsieurs. I am loving the sweet and savory combination of their Maple Bacon Biscuit Sandwich with your choice of sausage or bacon & cheddar cheese. They have an International Brunch Plates section that is dedicated to breakfast foods from all over the world, like the Tapsilog Grain Bowl with brown rice, eggs, pickled cucumbers, and your choice of bacon, sausage, pork, or spam, or their Butter Special Breakfast Burrito. Can we just take a moment for this monster of a burrito? Eggs, choice of chorizo, bacon, or sausage, black beans, avocado, hash brown potatoes, and cheddar cheese. It comes wrapped in a huge flour tortilla which is cooked to such golden brown perfection that it even has some crackle when you bite into it. They also give you some soothing sour cream and mild salsa to accompany that bad boy and make it pop! Definitely a Must-Try off of this menu. Their drinks portion of the menu is hefty and offers more than the typical cheap coffee. Theyre cranking out powerful nitro cold brews with a smooth finish, all sorts of espresso drinks, London teas with a sweet & creamy finish, and even mimosas to complete that boozy brunch. Having this so close to home is a definitely a perk for me, but if Im honest, I would drive a ways for this level of quality food. Its worth it.

Tried it out and have to say I wasnt impressed. The interior is minimalistic, wood covering concrete. No floors, just concrete, no decorations, just concrete and white paint. Very cold feeling not a "at your grandmas house". You order at the counter. For us 2 orders of pancakes, a breakfast quesadilla, cinnamon muffin, and 2 chocolate milks came to $40. For the amount of food that came I wasnt impressed. Also, have to get own silverware. They did bring water, but I dont know where I would have gone to refill it. Pancakes were very sweet. Although you get 2 small slivers of butter and one container of syrup to cover them. They are big and you get two. Mine started to dry up because you werent given enough syrup and butter. The breakfast quesadilla looked very good and my daughter said it tasted great. Overall, this was a one time stop for me and wont be going back.

At 995 for two tacos that taste Bland and no flavor at all I was expecting something out of the ordinary and dynamic this place was a very disappointment and then I ordered an iced tea and the total bill came out to 1385 this is my first time here at this place I saw some good reviews very disappointed in the the food I was directed to their burgers into some of their other different dishes but when I go to a new place I like to try something out of the ordinary on their menu Ill try this place a second time and hopefully Ill try something different when I told the waitress that the food basically suck I should have asked for my money back but I continue to press on Kickin Up the tacos with mayonnaise lemon and sriracha sauce which kind of made it decent but it was very disappointing still to say the least wow.

Butter Cafe is one of those local gems that quickly makes the list of "must eats". Everything on their menu feels carefully curated and intentional. Pastries are top notch and the breakfast and lunch dishes are an ABSOLUTE must try. Even something as simple as avocado toast becomes next-level in the hands of their chefs. Ive only had one experience where I had asked to send something back to the kitchen, this was due to the dish being too spicy for my liking. However the staff is extremely friendly and efficient, you will not wait long for your coffee or food. And speaking of coffee, the selection here puts many other coffee houses to shame. I highly recommend taking the time to treat yourself to some Butter Cafe.

Food is good ( not great ) when (1) it isnt burnt, (2) it isnt lukewarm because it took 30 minutes to be delivered, and (3) it isnt delivered to the wrong table before it arrives - which should be impossible given the numbering system, but we watched it happen at least 5 times while we were there today, including our food. Place has potential, but they really need to get somebody to facilitate the kitchen. Getting a coffee is absolute chaos given the noise in the place and the workers operating in random mode. Gave this place 3 tries, all with the same issues, so probably wont give it a 4th.

Food is very good. BUT.. Coffee refills are .50 cents. So your eating your breakfast, want another cup of coffee, have to get up and go get it yourself, crashing into people with your little tea cup, (they should give you a coffee mug), just to tell you refills are .50 cents! Most people dont carry cash.. what do you do? Swipe your card again? DUMB! My opinion is sell less expensive coffee and have one waiter walk around for refills. Leave a creamer on the table. Let me remind you we paid $5.50 for two ONE SERVING cups of coffee in tiny little tea cups.

I had heard good things and had seen good reviews online for this place, man did it fall short! The seating is horrible! When its busy, your food comes out before you even get a table, so youre left holding your food until a table opens up. The coffee was eh, not horrible, but not great. The biscuits and gravy was disgusting; I felt like I was eating a block of cheese imstead of biscuits and gravy. The only reason this gets a star is because of the tater tots. The tater tots were delicious, the only bright spot for this restaurant, unfortunately.

You would expect for the price for it to be really good. Prepare to be disappointed... the wife ordered a waffle, the boy got a coffee cake and I a breakfast sandwich. Simple right? Apparently not. They forgot about the boys food. Messed mine up and gave the wife a waffle that was just this side of an eggo. They need to spend less time chatting with each other and more time doing their jobs. I you want a good breakfast that gets served hot and correctly. I would avoid going here.

I gave this place a 5 star but really wanting to give it 4.5. I came back to try their signature breakfast sandwich, the maple bacon biscuit. I thought it was going to be a lot like Pine State Biscuits in Oregon but the bread was really dry and although it had flavor it really just didnt hold up to my standards. All in all I really like this place, it has great atmosphere, great selection of pastries and food, and they sell craft beer! Overall I will come back.

Awesome food, great coffee chill kick back place with toned down contemporary design. To the reviewer that gave 1 star yes the food and coffee are indeed pricey but so is a Mercedes Benz vs a corolla and this place is just that when compared to a corner dinner or Dennys you get what you pay for and if it is too expensive I suggest frequenting Dennys
