I eat at Toledos often, I have for many years. Though I usually eat the same thing every time, I have tried many things on the menu. While I love the salsa, and usually have great food, service can be a mixed bag and really inconsistent. Many years ago I stopped going to to Toledos cause of several visit with horrible service, but returned when I couldnt find another Mexican Restaurant where I liked the salsa and returned. During my last night the the visit started off on a really bad foot as the waiter mixed up drinks and other than the food it self went down hill from there. Than later in the visit asked us once if we wanted more chips and salsa 10 minuted later we had to ask the person who brought our food. The previous visit I had here last weekend service wise was the exact opposite. Server was excellent and attentive, had what we needed when we needed it. All that said I would still recommend any of the Toledos in the Fresno/Clovis with the caveat that you might be gambling on service. But you will leave full and enjoy the food.

Okay .... So the service I cant deny they were polite , but the food wasnt authentic I couldve went to Taco Bell for the same food. Everything tasted so unoriginal didnt make me feel at home to the Mexican food I am used to I expected more especially for the price they wanted... 33.50 I had two plates dont care really about the price but I expected more out of the food I paid so much for !

We went on Mothers day 2017. We had reservations for 11:00am. We were seated at 11:20. The service was good for as busy as the place was. It was kid friendly. The food was hot, the drinks were good. The entertainment was enjoyable and they catered to our requests. We were very satisfied with our Experience, would definitely recommend it to others.

Why are there so many employees walking around doing nothing. I have been here for over an hour and had to remind the staff several times we are ready to order. We came before dinner rush thinking we could be in and out before is became too busy. The only thing that was good was the food. But we waited way too long for our food. Not coming back.

I didnt like the service and the food. First of all the service, my order to get my food was taking 40mins to an hour and a half. Second, the waitress messed up on the order several of times. Finally, the food I ordered, concha tostada, was way out of human proportion to eat and the didnt taste like authentic Mexican food.

I have no idea why there are bad reviews on this place. my family has eaten here for years and there has never been one complaint. there food is always great especially the Albondigas soup, which is my personal favorite. I have never had a complaint about this place. Its always worth coming back to and i am always satisfied.

I have been in the Fresno area for three days. This was by far the best service and food since Ive been here. Great chips and salsa. They had some kind of soup with a meatball in it that was outstanding. The rice and beans were great. The wait staff were smiling and friendly. Ill definitely go again the next time Im in town.

This place is a Fresno staple, the owner was the executive chef for El Cid and then started his own restaurant. Building on the solid traditional Mexican food he has always made, he added the seafood experience you might find on the Mexican coast, the upscale atmosphere and a happy hour value that is the best in the valley.

Service wasnt up to par this evening. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE HAD A WATER REFILL AND ANOTHER BEER.They were to busy trying to figure out thier touch screen register then take care of the customer. I will be taking a break from theach clovis location and search for anot her Mexican food option in the clovis area

This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant. I love the chips. The house margaritas are very good. I always get something with chicken. Their Chile Verde burritos are good but you have to ask them to put a little Chile Verde sauce on them or else they come out dry.

This is another place my husband and I frequently go. The food is great. They have great service. Im a sea food person and its one of the few Mexican restaurants that do good mariscos. Get the Mexican Ice cream for dessert. Sooo Yummy?

Took forever to take our order, chicken was way too greasy, tortillas were cold and they dont even pack your left over for you. Their waiters suck, old lady with the glasses needs a customer service class or two.

Had lunch. Chicken salad good, but to much lettuce. Our waitress was fantastic. We had several dinners and would rate them average, there are alot more better Mexican restaurants in the area.

Portions are large so expect to be full when leaving. They have a good variety of dishes. My only gripe was the rice was just mediocre as it was dry and a little hard.

I dont recommend service isnt as good as it could-be and the food is just so so. Theres much better restaurants in Fresno for Mexican food.
