The Qudoba location at 6135 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89502 had the WORST customer service I have ever seen. The worker making my burrito ran out of pork with the previous customer and sat there arguing with me over the proper serving for the burrito when she gave me the last few strips of pork in her bin on Christmas Eve. None of the employees said thank you or smiled, when being rung up nothing was said other than the cost and after being handed the receipt the cashier walked away immediately and I had to call her back to order drinks for my girlfriend and I. The location is not living up to the Qudoba experience I have come to expect. I love Qudoba and had the best customer service at Damonte Ranch location in Reno, NV. They asked me which option I wanted for each item on my burrito and if I wanted it in the giller. I will drive past the South Virgina location and drive another 5 minutes to go to Damonte Ranch location since they provide customer service.

Do not, do not, do not got to this Qdoba or any other for that matter. There employees are very rude and lazy. My son has Celiac which is a food allergy to all gluten products (wheat, barley, and Rye). My son loves quesadillas and we have been able to make the request to have them made from a corn tortilla instead of a flour tortilla. A flour tortilla is made from wheat flour and it will make him very sick. We have never had a problem with this request before at any other resturant that we have been to, but the employees of Qdoba put their foot down and were refusing to make the quesadilla out of a corn tortilla. I know that reasonable accommodations because of a food allergy have to be met. And they refused to make my sons food they way that he can have it. So please please please, stop going to all Qdobas. The customers do not deserve to be treated with such rudeness.

My husband and I decided to go to this QDoba after a long day. It was around 9:30 pm knowing they close at 10. He went to order a burrito and we were told (after she warmed up the tortilla) that they are out of white rice so he said thats fine. Boom! The brown rice was out in front. She asked my husband if he would like for her to warm up some more he said sure. Next thing you know she starts talking to the other males by the register. They ALL look at us and START LAUGHING. After a few laughs she came up to us and informed us that they are out of brown rice as well. We stood there like complete idiots and feeling like fools. I can understand running out of food. But laughing at us? Ive never had a problem with this place until tonight. Shame on these children that work here. Hire some people that arnt in high school. Shame on you QDoba for the lack of training.

I would normally never complain about a store but tonight Qdoba really disappointed me. The store had run out of chips, there was a long brown hair in our food, and they didnt give us the double chicken that I PAID for. This store thinks 3 tiny extra pieces of chicken per taco costs another $2. If Im paying the extra money for something I expect you to give me the proper amount. Thats just bad business.

Its a Qdoba. I went there expecting what Qdoba has on offer and it was fine. The place was clean and the staff friendly enough. Like another reviewer posted, it is better than Taco Bell but at the same time it does cost a bit more.

Went in on superbowl Sunday and the kid ricky who helped my husband and I was super nice. He smiled a lot and went out of his way to make us feel really welcome. Definitely coming back to this place because of that kid alone.

Usually youll be able to get your food fast, taste is fine. The store has been dirty the past few times I visited, and the staff is nothing special. Overall still a good choice in a pinch.

Come to Western Village casino instead their portions are designed for an adult! Theyre are vultures when it comes to the meat portions and the staff make you sick just by the site of them.
