OUR FIRST TIME AT THIS BWW... The staff at the door was super friendly and I thought our experience was going to be the fantastic one Ive always had at BWW with my child. This one definitely was NOT! !! Im not sure if it was simply because it was busy or not but Ive worked customer service and as a waitress rolling your eyes at the customer as you walk away from the table...Is not the way to get tips...But I know tips are critical.when youre a waitress so I left it anyways. Why come to the table while you CLEARLY SEE I have a mouth full of food and ask if were okay when you know I cant respond. Never even asked if our drinks needed a refill. Not a smile existed on her face towards us. My child was so uncomfortable with her eye rolling every time she walked away from our table I finally got fed up, asked for the check and left. I will NOT becoming back and that saddens me because I LOVE to catch the games here. Ill opt for some where else instead.

Misleading advertising I am going to say. I went there yesterday, which was a Tuesday, for their half price regular bone-in wings promotion, valid on any size order, to see that the promotion is only for small and snack size portions and instead of being 50% off, it is buy one get one free. You might say it is the same thing but when you see the prices of the items on the menu, it turns out you have to pay more. And the promotion was something I have found on Facebook earlier the same day and verified by going to BWWs own website. Seeing something similar but not the same as the promotion, is/was disappointment. Instead of owning up to the fact that they are the ones cheating the customers, blaming it on corporate website being out of date, was the icing on the cake. Another disappointment, they did not have the good coffee stout they have on their menu. Only stout they offer was Guinness, which might as well be missing as I had no interest in it.

4/4/2015 Once again always seems to be a problem to wanna sit on the outside patio...way too many people sitting and watching entire basketball games and not even having a plate in front of them.... tried to give this place another chance but failed horribly walked out before I could even be seated wait was tremendously too long and again patio was completely empty.... Will never come back here again They always seem to have a problem with people wanting to sit outside on the patio. I dont care that the "game" is on. I arrived with my family on a Monday night and as expected the place was packed. I was told they didnt know how long the wait was going to be. Well when I asked if we could sit outside it was as if I was inconveniencing them. The girl upfront needed to ask a manager. I dont get it. Anyways Im not going back to this place...Oh and also needed to ask for more sauce on my wings....they came out dry.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! You want to waste money and spend 10 dollars on some rubber chicken and bad service then go here! Took 8-10 mins to get utensils, took 20-25 mins to get some sauce! Did not know what the specials were! Im a pretty polite and patient person but this place was just the worst. If you managers are reading this please retrain your staff or hire more capable people. I understand theirs a slight learning curve and the food business is fast paced and busy at time but capactiy was at 1/4 and there were atelast 3 or 4 waitresses in our area just passing us by there were just waitresses conversing in the corner. Food is the worst! do not support businesses like this until they understand the concept of customer service and quality food!

This place just gets worse and worse. Our last experience was dismal but after the pain from that encounter dulled we decided to give them another shot. We called for a "to go" order and were placed on hold for 5 minutes at which point we gave up and decides to call back later. We called back and were put on hold again (did I mention the only reason we were calling is because their online ordering doesnt allow you to order the party platter) when they finally picked up we were told that we could only choose 2 sauces with a 50 piece wing order. We used to do four sauces all the time so I guess this is a recent change. What a joke. Needless to say Wingstop earned our business instead.

Arrived with my family. No one greeted or even tried to help us. After a wait a lady came from the back to attend us. We then were asked to wait 10mins. We were sat at a table a while after. The waiter passed by out table and never even tried to help us out. Eventually he came and gave us additude and never even introduced himself. He spoke very soft and we very rude the whole time. He took off and looked over at our table and gave us a look. We then waited over 37mins and no one ever came or said anything. No food no anything. I went to the front told them to cancel my order and walked out. Terrible service will never come back you lost a long time customer.

the wing here is really good but the service is slow or not too great. A few year ago I buy wing here every week and enjoy the time but now it taking too long for wing. one time I call for a pick up and the lady say it be ready in 15 minutes and when I got there they say it not ready yet and I sit and wait. by the time I got my wing it been 50 minutes after I place the order. on a good day you may get the wing in 10 minutes if you know which is a good time to get it. now I come here about every 2 months. every time I call and if they ask me for a call back number it a sign they are too busy so i cancel my order and buy wing somewhere else.

I always love their food but this place has horrible customer service. This is the third time Ive placed an order over the phone an hour ahead of schedule. I am told the order will be ready in 20 - 30 minutes. I show up 10 to 15 minutes after my pickup time in which I am forced to wait another 15 minutes just to pay for my food before I walk out the door with it. They always have one person working the counter every visit. This was the last time I go here. Like I said, great food but horrible customer service. Get proper staffing and procedures before you do any further business BWW...

WORST SERVICE BY FAR! Waited forever to be seated. Our waitress for the night, "KEVA" obviously cared more about dancing and flirting with her male associates then helping our table out. We Got cold food. And to top it off; once we received our check she kept coming around more than she did before all just to see if we have signed the receipt!! This place used to be good but now it just seems as though the management team just hires upon looks instead of a good quality server... waste of money, better off going somewhere else for good HOT food and quality service for the price I paid!
