SO SORRY TO SAY ALL THIS, BUT I AM HOPING THE OWNERS READ. THIS ONE HAS THE MOST INSANELY HOT AND SPICY INGREDIENTS! WITH THE MILDEST CHOICES USUALLY OF MILD SALSA AND CARNITAS, MY MOUTH IS BURNING AND I CANNOT FINISH THE FOOD! I DONT KNOW WHY! I have eaten in 8 or 10 Chipotle Restaurants, even the original in Denver. I HOPE CORPORATE CONSIDERSD THIS WHEN THEY NOTICE HOW LOW THE SALES ARE.No one I know goes there now! IF IT IS BECAUSE THESE MANAGERS ARE TRYING TO BE "AUTHENTIC"( A LOCAL WORD FOR REAL MEXICAN, NOT AMERICANIZED) THEN I GUESS ITS ALL OVER FOR ME AND CHIPOTLE AND CAPITOLA. Please speakup if you agree.I am hopeful it will help.

The food is consistent and good, but I wish that they would slow down a little bit. They are in such a rush that often your food is way ahead of where you are in line and theres so much yelling that they cant hear what youre ordering anyway.
