Terrible service! Food sucked you know what. Place is decent compared to other location. I had a few friends with me. We wanted to grab lunch. The person at the front looked like they hated their life. No smile no welcome. I could clearly see that they were not that busy. There were plenty of table available and no one eating in line to seat. So I ask the lady if we could have a certain table that we pointed out to her. She replied there is a 15-20 min wait. WT? There were plenty of tables open and some servers that were just standing around. I looked at her and said there are many tables available. She goes ya but you wanted that table. She said if you want another table it will be a 10 min wait. My friend was like ok we will wait for a table. She took us to our table. The waiter took a while before coming to our table to ask us about drinks. We ordered food. Took forever to get the food. I got the chicken sandwich, and we all split the onion rings. There was no flavor very bland and oily. Bottom line never coming back here.

Went here with a group of friends tonight. All of us are Red Robin veterans. The service was solid, food came out quickly, but for Red Robin the burgers were subpar. Ive had the Burnin Love Burger a handful of times at various locations but something was way off about it tonight, the salsa tasted more like marinara sauce and made it feel more like a meatball sandwich than a southwest style burger. I sent it back and in no time a manager came over to make sure i was taken care of with a different burger, good on them for that. I ordered the Bleu Ribbon Burger as a replacement. When it came out it was decent but definitely fell flat of the Bleu Ribbon Burgers Ive had in the past at other RR locations. On the positive side our waitress kept the drinks full all night and kept the fries and sauces coming for the table. The fries were perfect and had a nice crunch. The consensus of our entire party was that the burgers were a bit lackluster tonight but the service salvaged the meal.

I have not been here in awhile so I went last night. First thing I noticed was the Robin system where you can place orders and other things on the table. The menu they gave me was dirty with food so I couldnt read sections of it. The Robin system was totally confusing. I ordered my usual Mushroom Burger (medium) with the bottomless fries and a wedge salad. Now the wedge salad was served on a tiny plate so it was very difficult to eat. My burger was dry as can be and not very hot. The fries were alright. I also noticed prices went up. Totally not worth the price of what you get even though you get bottomless fries. My server was good but she didnt come and ask me how my burger was (which I would have told her).

Party of 10 brought their kid in and change the kids diaper at the table stunk like shi* ruin dinner did not want to pay for the food cuz I couldnt finish eating it stunk like s**t inconsiderate assholes the waiter should have told them to go to the restroom and change that kids diaper Aass. instead he took their order and made me wait until he was done taking 10 peoples orders ________a shity diaper change in the restaurant at the table thanks Red Robin wont be going there for a while!!!!!

Horrible service. Hostess asked us to wait for a table, even though there were many open throughout the restaurant. Once finished cleaning the menus, she seated us. we ordered and asked the waitress to bring some bottomless fries early. She agreed and wrote it down, but they never came. Our burger showed up after 30 minutes. On the plus side, paying took no time at all. They picked up my card within seconds and brought it back a minute later. Never. Going. Back.again.

This is the second time that we have gone to the new location.....ummmmmmmmm still not very impressed at all. My husband gets the same burger ...mushroom...but now it seems smaller. This time. I got a grilled chicken salad...it was basically a grilled chicken breast and a bunch of lettuce and cabbage.. Maybe 1oz of cheese..nothing else..for ten bucks!!!. Iced tea is 3 bucks...wow! I dont think well be back too expensive for what you get.

As someone who loves burgers and has Celiac Disease, I love this place because it has pretty ok gluten free buns and Ive never been triggered by the fries. About the only place I can have a complete burger experience now and the quality is a nice step above fast food joints as well. And the mai tais dont hurt :D

Good burgers and service. They have a Ramen burger that is worth trying though I would recommend sharing it as it is pretty heavy. You pay your bill with a tablet that is on every table which was kind of neat.

Red Robin is a good spot to get a burger. This one is located on the bottom floor of the Topanga Mall. The service here is okay. I would recommend trying the campfire sauce for your fries.

Great service and the burgers are fantastic. This is the only place around here where you can get a gluten free bun and fries which are fried in a dedicated fryer.

I would totally give this place five stars, but having all Windows face a parking garage takes away the chill vibe. Food and service is great though!
