Some of the best deep-dish style pizza around! Seriously, go here now. Go. Do it. I especially love the sausage pizza (because its amazing) -- but do yourself a favor, if theres two of you, get half sausage, half something else theyre having on special. As for the salads, I still dream about the beet salad -- yes, its that good. Even though I live in The Valley, its always worth coming here. ProTip: You can get the pizzas "half baked." That means you can take it home, crank up your oven and cook it yourself that night for dinner. Open up a cold one or two, maybe some wine instead, and yes, youre in for a fantastic night.

Zelos pizza is unique in the region. Deep dish, on a cornmeal crust, with well thought out combinations of toppings. Unlike your typical fast delivery pizza, you dont get to pick and choose, but they will add their house sausage on request. They sell by the slice, half, or whole pie. We find that two slices per person is a reasonably filling dinner, especially if we include one of their seasonal salads. They recently expanded their seating, so it is easier to get a table at busy times. We strongly recommend giving Mikes interesting pizzas a try!

If you blink youll miss it! What an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and it is very obvious they are pationate about the product. One would have to be to sell me on a beet salad...superb! I never imagined I would crave a beet....but I will when I finish this salad. This is most definitely pizza for a grown u p...and it does not disappoint. They do something with the tomatoes on my veggie slice that make my tastebuds so happy. Im on a mission to tell the world about Zelo!

Short Story Pizza : Not bad Price : Around $15 a person for lunch Service : Dont count on it Details The pizza here tastes much different than regular pizza. Different doesnt automatically mean bad, but I dont prefer their pizza. While its not bad pizza, the price tag will scare away most people looking for a slice or two on the go. The place clearly has some regulars that like the restaurant, which explains the inflated reviews of the food.

Great flavor pizzas and great crust. I am now on a quest to reproduce the cornmeal crust at Zelos. I had two different slices and cant decide which I liked better. Different, and liked it for that reason. The staff was helpful and polite. I will make it a point to comeback when I am in town. I am visiting from the east coast, Ill trade a whole NY pie for one slice of Zelos any day!

Found this place by chance while driving down Arcadia and so glad I stopped! The cashier is super friendly. Love the spacious communal seating. This place looks like a great place to bring a large group of friends for lunch. Parking: super hassle-free. The food is simple in the best possible way. Definitely excited to come back again and try their gelato.

If you want an amazing gourmet experience with local flair, Zelos is the place. Staff is fabulous, pizza always delish, beet salad rocks and their dessert is a slice of chocolate, Italian heaven. Fast to go and good in house service. Whats not to like?

The crust is delicious. Cant go back to the regular type now. Vegetarian hold the eggplant. YUM! The beet salad is excellent also. Only one request, get a dark beer in stock! Otherwise get the trucker beer in a can. Surprisingly very good.

The pizza at Zelo is a different experience because they use a unique corn meal crust. The pizza was very filling, you wont need more than a slice or two. Matthew was very friendly and helpful!
