Just went today. I was given a $25 gift card at the end of the school year as a teacher gift. My husband and I used it at our home Cold Stone for a Like It and Love It size. The charge was around $9.50 for both, leaving me with around $15 on the card. We decided wed use the remaining amount on our vacation down south. Today we went to this location. We both got the Love It size and the charge was $12 and some change. That should have left me with around $3.00. The young man who rang it up messed it up somehow and zeroed my card out. He got the manager (I assume) and she told me I owe $8.00. I explained to her what I just wrote above and she showed me the zero balance on the receipt and told me that she wouldnt charge me for it, but she was keeping the card, then walked off. So I left with no card, no receipt, and melted ice cream. Very disappointing and terrible customer service. Im glad our Cold Stone at home doesnt operate business this way.

I went in last night 1/17/16 around 8pm, the two girls working were not even in the front when I walked in, when they finally did come to the front, neither of them had a smile or a hello. I stood and waited at the counter for a few minutes, both of them had their backs to me the entire time. One then came over and scooped a bunch of ice cream out into a plastic container, looked up at me and said absolutely nothing, and continued about whatever it was she was doing. I ended up just walking out and going to Golden Spoon. They were happy to see me and very friendly through the entire transaction. Dont even bother with Cold Stone, obviously they dont care about customers.

Hands down the best cookies I have ever had!! They are exactly what cookies should be: crispy on the outside, soft and melty on the inside. They were soft, gooey pieces of heaven. They were also huge!! They are big enough to share and still feel completely full and satisfied. I tried both the chocolate chip walnut and the dark chocolate chocolate chip cookies and both were delicious. The dark chocolate chip cookie is closer to a brownie because of how dense and chocolatey they are- a chocolate lovers dream! You can see in the pictures how gooey they are on the inside. You HAVE to try them!!

I am so sorry I went here. One of the employees was so unprofessional and dim-witted, I am afraid she has ruined Cold Stones reputation for me. I dont know who I am more disappointed in - the girl who didnt have a clue what customer service is all about or the idiot who trained her (or should I say forgot to train her). I am never going to spend another penny at this joke of a business ever again. Its actually a good thing because their ice cream is a tad overpriced.

Great ice cream but overpriced. It cost $7 for a small "Like It" size if you get it in a waffle cone and one extra super small mix-in. Best to wait for their buy one get one free and split costs with a friend. Lol

The owner is very stingy. You will get 25% less ice cream than any other coldstone. Also, the employees dont seem happy under the owners oppressive regime.
