The food was good but service was lacking. Drinks was long between due to delivery, not ordering and additional napkins never arrived for the rib dinner. Try eating a rib dinner with just one napkin. Arrived at 8 pm on a Tuesday and left after 9:30pm for a simple two person dinner. Then noticing members of manage running out the door like millions was just stolen even though they never made contact with me, my friend handled the bill and was laughing when he got in the truck and explained. I am a general manager at a local motel chain and he owns his own business. We all strive for new customers and to retain our regulars, with 9 years management experience, I look back and see this location failed its customer and lost future customers from a simple dinner, that could have gone from good to great. Just saying my opinion!

Each time I come here I leave feeling dissatisfied with much to be desired. I tried the new Southern Chicken Sandwich Buffalo style with mashed potatoes (because Im thinking who can botch that up) Well that was a mistake. The chicken came out almost cold and not Buffalo. The mashed potatoes seriously tasted horrible to the point I didnt eat them. Reviews like this are TERRIBLY hard for me to leave, but Im always honest. My companion unfortunately ordered the same thing except with French fries and his feelings were the same as mine. It was karaoke night, however, so that made the evening somewhat amusing and entertaining. TGI Fridays used to be the place to go in its glory days. I want that place back.

I ordered the bbq burger. Looked great. I took a few bites, then looked down.... the meat was few, not undercooked, raw. I showed the waitress. She said that was their medium at first. then she said that their meat is so good that they were allowed to serve it that way. It is illegal to serve raw hamburger meat. While waiting for the manager I noticed a waitress whispering to another and laughing, while pointing in my direction. When she saw that I noticed, she ducked down and walked away hurriedly. The manager tried to tell me the same thing, that their meat is so good they can do that. He comped me the meal and I left. I will be calling the health dept. On Monday. And if I get sick I will sue

Little too expensive for what I would like to pay. If you want to eat without spending $35 on 2 then you have to eat very light meals or burgers and drinking water. The selection of decently priced food is scant and I it could taste better. However if you want to spend $40+ the food is good. Not great but good. (I am including tip) P.s. They do not have a strict membership program for being a private club. Yes: they serve alcohol in a dry county. No: they dont really follow the rules.

My 16 daughter took my spouse here for Mothers Day. My daughter found glass in her food. Specifically the Cajun Chicken /Shrimp Pasta. She requested for some type of report to be made. Nope..She asked for the meal to be compted.. Nope.. So now we get to wait and see if this turns into a medical emergency. The waiter Kaylobe was very easy to get along with over this situation. The Manager on duty however was definitely no nearly as cooperative about making this right.

I drove an hour to get my meal only to get home and discover that I did not get my entire order. I called the restaurant to talk with a manager, which never happened. I talked to three different employees after calling three different times. I was left on hold so long I would just call back. Terrible, I paid for the entire entree and did not receive it. I wont be spending any more of my money there.

The waitresses/ waiter here usually suck! Management is not doing there job. One time I came in with a few, I was going order, but our waiter was behind the bar touching all over his face, and sticking his fingers in his ears, and he was constantly on his cell. Gross! Its funny if you are working off of tips do your job!

Nothing stands out. Seems like many other franchised restaurants. It is good, but there are plenty of better options nearby. This isn’t a sleight on the staff at all though. They were fantastic. But at the end of the day, I come for the food.

Man. If you like salt, this is the place for you. They serve everything with salt. You want sweet tea? Drop a little salt in there. Oh, molten lava cake? MOAR SALT. Im glad I came here on Friday but I thank Grover for that, not god.

They give us endless apps take them away give them back then take them away 3 days a week ON THE WEEKEND and the smokers all gather up at the front door so you get to breathe that in before and after you get through eating

Very slow service, mostly because the place is always packed. If you want a quick meal, this isnt the place to go. When you do finally get your food, it is amazing. The pretzel sticks are a great appetizer.

I really enjoy the Jack Daniels menu in Fridays. This service is very good and also the alcohol is very good lol. I suggest a very good spot to go on a date with thank you Fridays for a very good time.

This specific Fridays has low quality control on the food. The service is also frustratingly slow. It takes over 25 minutes for an appetizer, which makes the Endless Appetizers a marathon of patience.

They have been making a lot of improvements. The bartenders are a lot better at getting your food and drinks than the waiting staff. Ive found to sit by the bar if you want a good experience.

Fridays used to serve the best ribs you could get - but lately they are mediocre at best, and you can never find your server! It doesnt seem possible that it would be that hard to find help!
