My family and I got extremely sick eating here late night 8/13/17 at 1200 am. As soon as we got home after eating there I vomitted within 30 minutes. My big brother had bad diarrhea after a couple of hours and we couldnt sleep because of how sick we still are 8/14/17. We all started taking turns in the bathroom after a couple of hours of eating there as well. When they initially brought my food out to me, it was very cold. I let my brother touch one of the wings and he even said it felt like they had it in the refriderator and forgot to heat it up. I sent it back for a new set and they were warmer but not hot. I was so hungry that I ate two wings just to have something in my stomach (huge mistake), I boxed the rest to go but didnt finish them when I got home because I projectile vomitted everywhere. I called the manager in the afternoon the next day 8/14/17 to let her know what was going on but she acted like it wasnt that big of a deal. She actually told me, "I cant give you a refund." I never asked for a refund. We spent $75 plus tip, but I never once asked this lady for a refund. I was trying to be nice by letting them know ahead of time that they should check their food prep and temperature. However, my family were the ones telling me to just report them to their Dept. of Health - which I am now in the process of doing. Pretty annoyed that I tried to be respectful and this lady assumed I needed my $75 back. If I were hurting for cash, you think I would have spent $75+ on some nasty diarrhea/vomit wings? Its okay though, I took pics of the wings that I had left over and am going to forward them to Conways Heath Dept. They werent cooked all the way through to the bone either, which I didnt notice last night because it was so dark in the area. Im supposed to drive back to home 24 hours away and had already checked out of our hotel thinking I would feel better, but I can barely move because I am still very ill. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR FOOD IS VERY HOT TO THE TOUCH. IF YOU GET ILL LIKE WE DID, DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND GATORADE/POWERADE SO YOU WONT GET DEHYDRATED. If we dont get better im a few more hours, we will be going to quick-care or a hospital... then theyll really be on my s-list... no pun intended. They will be sued for our hospital bills.

Bad Luck Billy, orders Mediterranean salad, pitas on menu say theyre "warmed". Great, I love warmed bread. Pitas were not included with meal, I inquired, apologizes were delivered. The pitas showed up late, and were fried. Bad Luck Billy asks waitress why the bread on a lightweight meal is fried, waitress says request not-fried next time. Im fine with that, as Im here for a couple days. Bad Luck Billy shows up the second night, order same meal, non fried pitas. New server says thats the only way they do them. UGH. Im ordering salad and light beer, please, no fried pitas. WTF ? You dont have to FRY everything, which includes pita bread on a salad. Lesson learned Buffalo Wild Wings, or maybe not, for you. Good thing the Beer was on point. The meals were not.

Good food, good prices "BUT" service could definitely be improved. Me and my daughter were ignored by all the staff when we walked in and ended up just taking a seat on our own. Once we took our seats we were finally approached by a young lady and you could tell she wasnt happy. She took our order with distain in her voice seeing that I asked for a lunch menu. Food came, food was good and about 5 minutes after our food arrived to the table she brought the check and told me "let me know when you are ready to check out". I said to myself "wth is her problem" and my daughter asked why was she being mean. Sad when a child can tell when someone doesnt want to have anything to do with a customer.

My wife, grand kids,and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings Fri Feb 14th it took them 2 hours to get our food to us , we were very disappointed although our waiter Joe was very nice and I asked him when our food would be there cause our 6 and 7 year Grand kids were hungry and he had said I dont know I can offer you something but never said what, but that would take awhile too, so 10 mins later I heard them call his name twice but he was too busy doing something on the computer and someone esle brought out our food yes it was crowded and everyone was running here and there but we will never eat there or at any buffalo again and there is one coming to Russellville soon but we wont be there ...

The food is alright, but it isnt worth the excessive wait. Every time, the service has been bad as well. My average time spent there runs at about an hour and a half or more. Dont ask for time to order, because you will probably get forgotten about for 20-30 minutes. Same with your checks if you dont have the money ready immediately. Dont drink too fast, because a refill wont be speedy, if there at all. The price is decent, its just that none of it is worth the wait at all.

We have tried earnestly to like this place. The menu selection is good and the atmosphere is fun. The food, unfortunately, is just bad. Very bad. We have ordered all over the menu and never found anything that we wanted to try a second time. Some of the items, particularly the burgers, are simply offensive. Our kids dont even like the chicken tenders; how can you mess those up? Also the service is slow and the prices are on the high side of what one might expect.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location serves hot wings pre-cooked out of a bucket. Even if you ask for them fresh and are willing to wait. They were horrible. If youre like me and like your wings fresh and piping hot, stay away from this place!!! Is it really worth your customers to be this lazy? Just look at the rest of these bad reviews. Save yourself the money and bad experience and just eat somewhere else. Trust me.

Ive seen this place in two versions. The first version is really amazing. Timely service, great food, and a very friendly staff which lead to overall amazing experience. The second version wasnt horrible but the service was slow, food was alright, and the staff was ehh. Overall, its a great place to eat and its my personal favorite restaurant chain.

While theres a great selection of beers to choose from and many tvs (always an important factor when picking a place to watch any game), the service is always subpar. It shouldnt take 15 minutes to get me a beer. The waitstaff always seem to struggle to keep up with even a medium flow of people. But the food is decent, happy hour isnt too bad.

We ordered our food right before a baseball team came in and then we waited 45 minutes on food. The baseball team received their food before us, when asked then manager why it was taking so long she said the big order was put in at the same time as ours. She was not willing to do anything about the issue, so we got up and left.
