This is the worst food ever!!! I received the menu at my door and I was really excited they delivered so I placed a large order. The food was really bland, not good Chinese food at all. Every dish we ordered was horrible! The order did not come with any utensils or napkins and to top it off I ordered 2 sizzling rice soups and they added the rice there which made it soggy, they also delivered it in a cup with a plastic lid, like a soda lid and because of the hot water both lids melted into the soup and the bags which enclosed the soup cup where filled with soup. Really!!! I cant believe they are still in business. I ordered beef with eggplant -no flavor, chicken lo-main- made with think noodles and had no flavor what so ever, pork sweet and sour - was gross, so bland and sticky, the only good thing was the white rice.

Live relatively close to this place, and anticipated making it a regular dining spot. The meat wontons were not only fried to a burnt crisp (completely inedible), but they were composed of 90% dough....and they wouldnt let us exchange it for a anything else (I would have happily paid the difference on another option). The owner said "You bought it, you eat it. No refunds", and promptly walked away, without waiting for a response. Never have I ever seen an establishment refuse to resolve a conflict like a professional business should, which is utterly disappointing for a fellow manager in the industry. I feel like I was experiencing an atrocious episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was super nice. Hubby went to pick the food up and he said the same for the gentleman working. I love the fact that they have combo meals, as Im from the Midwest and all Chinese places there do but very few here do. Hubby said place was very clean and had an A rating grade from the health dept. The chicken was really all white meat. It came with fried rice and a crab angel and a spring roll for about $8.50. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the fried rice was meh. It didnt have any egg or really any flavor. We will definitely be back though! Everything else was great including the price!

The first time we ordered, the food was pretty good but definitely overpriced. The two subsequent times that we tried other dishes were complete disasters. Egg shells in the egg foo yung, tons of red pepper flakes in the Mongolian beef, and a "large" Kung Pao shrimp order with six shrimp - the rest was cheap veggies (celery, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts). Plus they got our order wrong last time and admitted no fault. We will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Got a menu at door, super excited about delivering, wasnt happy with cost but still ordered hoping it was worth it, spent $50 and only got enough food for 3 people, and very bland. I use to order delivery from a place close to my old house and food was cheap and excellent. Seemed like it was always $20 no matter what we ordered. I really miss that place and was hoping this place would cure it. Very disappointed

I cant say enough about the ordering experience (friendly, fast and most importantly the order taker has been easy to communicate with)! Ive ordered from this location on several occasions. The food is always warm, fresh, and made exactly as I requested if/when I had them alter it. I am SO happy that Ive found an AZ Chinese restaurant that has more of an East Coast flare, including mustard and duck sauce!!

I will never eat here. I watched some slob employee leave a door-hanger type of ad on my door. I also watched said employee leave trash and debris in both my yard and my neighbors yard as he went about his merry business of littering up the neighborhood. I dont care if this is the best eatery in the world, they lost my (potential) business due to their lazy and disrespectful employee. DO NOT EAT HERE.

THE GROSSEST FOOD EVER! BLAND AND OLD. ORANGE CHICKEN WAS SO SOGGY AND DISGUSTING!! WE PAID ALMOST $70.00 FOR THE WORST FOOD EVER!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR DOLLAR BURGERS. This is typical Phoenix "ethnic" food. If you know Phoenix then you know you have to deal with a little filth to get the best of an ethnic cuisine. The filth was forefront as my table was sticky but my food was quick and delicious. No lunch combinations on the weekend but it might be a quick stop for a weekday lunch.

I have been here several times and always had good results. I was insulted when I asked for extra duck sauce and was charged for it. When you go to McDonalds and ask for extra ketchup they do not charge. I refuse to return when I paid and extra $1.00 for the packets of duck sauce. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

I regularly order from this place. They are always friendly and their food is always tasty. Ive eaten Chinese food from all across the nation, from San Francisco to New York. This place is right up there with the best. Bottom line is that you will not be disappointed with China Wok.

This place is AMAZING! Great place to go on a date or bring your family! Very mellow environment, super friendly owner. They dont annoy you or push you out the door, which Ive noticed is a big thing with a lot of places, and the food...... AMAZING. Ill be going again!

Very stand up people, charged me $422 for a $22 meal ( delivery) but fixed it with in minutes of seeing the mistake congrats to u guys then made a second trip to my house to give me all the corrected receipts and the food is AWSOME !!!!!!!

Food had good flavoring. Portion of food delivered was large and service was fast. Could not beat $13.00 lunch that came with soup, can of soda, chicken strips and beef and broccoli. Been coming here for 9 years. Always been great.

I am pretty picky with my Chinese food! This place is amazing! The chicken is real chicken and not nasty chewy chicken like other places. They also delivered to my house in 15 minutes even though they said 30 to 40 minutes!

Great food friendly service. The price is perfect considering the size of the portions they give you. Even my 5 year old grandson who likes most nothing had 2 helpings of their fried rice. Big hit in my house thanks
