I go to starbucks across USA. General downward trend continues in their customer service. Last night they were nice. This morning they are rude. They cant bother to brew anything but pike In the morning? No pour over offer? But its early enough to crank up bad music? This is the deadest starbucks Ive seen and I see why. Im biking across country in a magnificent adventure and apparently they find that depressing. Like many locations today, there is little difference from mcdonalds. The coffee is better, some employees are snotty, and they have electrical outlets. If mcdonalds had outlets, Id go there. The better coffee alone isnt worth the depressing atmosphere. Starbucks used to stay on top of their customer service, they no longer do in many locations. If only based on this morning, this would be 1 star review.

saturday afternoon 145 pm, 29 minutes from credit card swipe to handing off the drinks! N O T A C C E P T A B L E So hears is how it plays out, 1 girl is trying her best to work the machine while the other machine sits idle. miss wide butt with the candy apple reded hear is to lazy to do anything other than had drinks out the drive thru window and neal against it. The one who thinks she is queen bee only comes out of the office to wash her personal cup out and then make her self a drink using the idle machine....Hey snow flakes, I would fire you all! But i would get a real leader in there first and see if you are trainable or if you have just been given way to many participation trophies? Did I mention that the restrooms were hideous! Yeah, recomend them to my enemy...

Ive been to Starbucks in several different states... this one is the worst. Expect to wait in very long lines, expect they will not get your drinks right, or hassle you about the way you want your coffee even though youre paying 6 bucks a cup. Every starbucks Ive been to, if the wait is more than 10 minutes you get your coffee for free and a sweet apology... not this place, expect your drink to basically be thrown at you once they do finally get to it. I dont know where these people have had their training, but it seems like the locals are content with lousy customer service since the drive thru line is always full. This is my 5th time here and this is the 5th time my coffee has been made wrong, my wait has been over 15 minutes and Ive been very unsatisfied.

I frequent this Starbucks and their staff is amazing. They are always courteous and friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers. Since they are the only Starbucks (other then the ones in the grocery stores) within 50 miles or so, they are always really busy, however they always work together to serve their customers as quickly as possible. The only downfall is that their lobby isnt large enough to accommodate the amount of customers they serve. Seating is often scarce.

One of the best Starbucks we have ever been to. We are gold card Buxers and go here regularly. We have both hot and cold drinks. So I think we can be trusted when we say that the baristas are efficient and friendly, they pay dedicated attention to your personalization of your drinks, and even when they are busy, they are attentive! GO BUX!

Only Starbucks you will find not full of liberals even though its a liberal company. Service is always fast and the traditional iced coffee made perfect as well as a hot or cold chai tea made right. The 2 locations in the grocery stores cant get either one right. I try not to give Starbucks my money but when I do its at this location.

I have been here a handful of times. Every time my drink has not been exactly as I ordered it and had to be fixed. Once fixed, it is what you would expect from Starbucks. It is usually busy, but without a huge wait time. The employees are friendly and courteous.

Its a couple blocks from the highway but still a great stop on our road trip. Fast internet (after unreliable service) was much appreciated! Plus we got the necessary fuel for the rest of our drive. Thanks for being a trusted stop on our journey!

Messed up my drink, I asked for almond milk and they used regular. Would have asked them to remake it, but being that it took 20 minutes the first time... waste of time and money.
