Was driving through the area and found this restaurant had a lot of cars in the parking lot and assumed it might be good. The margarita was tasty and their colas are served in very large cups. The salad was served with a very large pickled jalapeno that was surprisingly delicious with just the right amount of mild heat. However, the food seemed to lack any genuine Mexican spices like cilantro or cumin. The bistec steak tasted like a regular thin steak that could be obtained elsewhere. The experience and flavor were just not what I expected.

We almost always get the #50 with chicken. Its the best. We love Mexican food. San Marcos just upgraded their fried ice cream and it is better than it was, which was already pretty good. We love the quick service and good food. They have plenty of seating and the ambiance bodes well for private conversation.

I used to love this restaurant, great service and good food. After they moved to the new location, the food was good and the server was too. However, they seemed to be disorganized being seated (not the usual person at the register) and the prices went up. Wont be going back!

have been to this establishment before, but this visit was very disappointing, worse chimichanga Ive had, one in our party was given the wrong order, and another was never given their food, it had to brought to the waitresss attention.

Kind of expensive but you get a good portion for what you pay for . The service is good but it you always have to ask for more chips and salsa .. they should bring u more when they see your getting low.
