So Ive emailed the main office twice on this location, and obviously nothing has changed. Drive thru has taken a minimum of 12 minutes wait, with no one in front of me, and on 2 occasion 24 minutes with 1 car in front of me. I mentioned to corporate office of watching this one girl take her hair out of ponytail 3 times and play with her hair during one of those waits (I hope you other customers realize the entire kitchen is open behind the registers). So the response to that email was putting up those privacy full length stickers by the register on the door. I finally quit going when they couldnt get a breakfast burrito order correct. This is usually the afternoon/evening shift, my service was always great during the morning. The manger needs to expect more from his employees. Yes its "fast food" but it should be done with some pride in the work.

I have been going to this sonic almost every day for two weeks to just get ice cream and each time I have to wait over 30 minutes and every single time my blast is made completely wrong. the last time I went there the girl had no clue what service was and tried to give me a dirty cup and when I brought it up to her she gave me so much attitude. not only did I wait at the drive in part for 25 minutes before someone came on and told me to go through the the drive thru then all that other crap happened. I work in a restaurant and understand how busy sometimes it can get but bad customer service and consistently messing up a simple order is unacceptable. the millbrook and prattville one are ridiculous.

Very disappointed. I pulled up to drive thru and asked for 2 double super burger with no cheese ketchup picke onion only with a route 44 lemonade. I also order 2 more super sonic double cheeseburger all the way no lettuce and extra cheese with a route 44 limeade. What we got was single cheeseburgers and the 2 without cheese had cheese. Also lemonade turned into a limeade. Caught the limeade mistake at the window. But the burgers didnt catch tellwe got home. Really wouldnt be upset but I paid for doubles not singles.

The people who work at this sonic have no clue what customer service is. I waited for fries for 10 minutes in the drive through. First, it shouldnt take 10 minutes to make fries, but if it will you should let the customer know. Not only am I aggravated by the fact I have to wait for something simple, but Im also miffed that every car behind me thinks Im a jerk. Quick tip: learn customer service because youll probably be working in a fast food joint for the next 5 years.

Decent service. More times than not they forget part of my order or give me the wrong thing. Then it takes 5 minutes to get someone to even talk to you to fix the problem. Only Sonic close by, and the food still tastes good, so Ill continue to go back. One big nuisance is all of the teenagers that go most nights and just stand in the street and make it almost impossible to order because of how loud they are. 30 minutes for a single shake is ridiculous!!!

I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito with no tomatoes, no onions, no cheese. What i should have recieved was a burrito with eggs, sausage, tots and jalapeños. But instead I got a burrito with eggs, sausage, tomato and onion. This is the second time this has happened! They just cant seem to get my order right. I know Im a little particular about my order but damn. Last time they gave me a burrito with JUST tots and jalapeños! Ridiculous.

Hands down, the WORST Sonic that Ive ever been to. Quite possibly the worst restaurant altogether. Every single time we go, our order either isnt fresh, or they get the order completely wrong. They love to give you redropped cheese sticks, and put little to no effort into the shakes. If I could give a negative star.. I would!! Very surprised they havent been closed down.

I used to love sonic. But the one in Millbrook is insanely slow!!!! Im currently sitting in the drive thru now. Have been for over 20 minutes and I have moved one time. All I ordered was a slushie. This is ridiculous. The service is awful, and also the food is not that great. I honestly dont know how they are still in business.

Service is horrible. Way over priced for overcooked food. They wait until youre at the window Nd pay to start your order then ask you to pull up and someone will bring it out after waiting in a line of 5-8 cars ahead. Dont order a chicken sandwich. ..i did and got home to eat one, bot were completely RAW inside

Been 2 times last week never got any service. 3rd time we went the following week i told her the first thing i wanted and before i could get the second meal ordered i was cut off and given a total for the one item. Had to press the button again to try and order the rest of thr food and was ignored.

Crappy!!!! Need to fire manager. Never have Onion rings. Thats what they are known for. But if you order them after 6 pm forget about it. Hell thats when most people get home from work and want food. Poor sales projection from MGMT.
