Im always in the mood for a good breakfast. Sadly I was a bit disappointed with my latest visit/meal. New menus didnt "tease" you like the old menus w/beautiful pics of the food. The waitress (she was young & less experienced I suspect but was nice enough)took our order & though she acknowledged we both were sharing a menu(we passed it between us as we placed our orders)never offered us a 2nd menu. Pancakes were a bit thick (& dry). I ordered eggs soft scrambled but they were served more like a textured, flat, folded empty omelette. Bacon was old, cold, overcooked (had same snap as a pretzel)! Hashbrowns were best item on plate - tender on inside, golden crispy on outside. Coffee was good. Bathrooms were dirty. I used facilities before being seated, husband used prior to foods arrival. He commented on cleanliness & odor upon return to table which tells me Mens room was REALLY bad. Food & trash on floor under & between tables - all of this & wasnt even 11:30A! Probably go to IHOP from now on even though Bob Evans used to be a fave.

Went for dinner with the family and our food was really good, the only issue we had was getting someone to acknowledge us upon arriving to be seated. Several employees walked right past us & never even greeted us let alone offer to seat us & they werent busy because we were the only people in the Resturant. Our server was very attentive & did a great job, she seemed to be the only employee who cared about doing her job. Upon leaving we were still the only customers in the Resturant and had to stand at the cash register for 10 minutes before any of the 5-6 employees bothered to come over & collect our payment for the check. Other than the lack of service it really is a good place to eat.

Get a LIFE. You probably dont realize this, but cashiers take your money. Cashiers. Not servers. It doesnt matter if the line is out the door, a server isnt likely to take your cash because they dont have access to a drawer. Nice try though. We sincerely hope that such an rude, class-less, ill-informed customer such as yourself never comes through the doors at Bob Evans ever again. And, for the record, you should always be nice to those who handle your food. Stick to Steak n Shake. Theyre used to your kind there.

I stopped to place my order. Previous three times I tried online ordering only to arrive only to be told they did not get the order. This time, things seemed to be chaotic. The manager went to the bathroom rather than direct some of the staff. Waited a long time to place order. Two peoe tried to enter order, but struggled. Could use wome more training. But all were nice and eere trying jard. Manager should have had some one on other register. Got home and order was not correct.

Sunday evening on Mothers Day probably was a long day for everyone here, but our party of 5 should have picked someplace else tonight. Mold in the butter, slow kitchen meant 60+ minutes for food that was undercooked and several plates served lukewarm. Pretty surprised by quality tonight, but grateful for a manager who owned up to the poor quality. Well give it another shot someday

Service. Genuine, and definitely excellent. The dinner food, was terrible. The steak tastes like a frozen t.v. dinner. If I wanted that kind of quality food. Id have paid the 99 cents to get a Banquet meal, instead of 13.99 for the steak.

Its an alright restaurant for home style cooking for the price. Its a quiet sit down place thats good for families. Though I have a feeling that a lot of the meals are preprepared elsewhere then shipped to this location.

Im tempted to leave 2 stars. While the food is exactly what you expect-some down home cooking, the hostess and managers seem like they could care less. Focus people. At least act like you want to work and care a bit.

Usually it is great here. Today it was not. We spent 2 hrs in here for breakfast. Took an hour to be seated and another to get our food. Service was terrible and the orders were wrong. Maybe next time Bob.

Service was okay, food was terrible! Had ordered a simple grilled cheese, the sandwich was so burned and crispy! Had i not been so hunrgy i would have sent it back. Will not be going back for awhile..

The staff was very friendly, young, and vibrant. Quinn, the assistant manager checked on our table regularly and was very helpful with the staff and customers. We will definitely be back. 5 stars.

We just left there. We were seated and for twenty minutes never approached by a server. We got up and left, and not a soul ever noticed that we were ever there. We wont go back.
