Poor service. Poor consistency of food. Became sick the next day after eating a Hamburger. Hopefully they will get things straightened out. The manager was accommodating when my order was totally messed up. One of the three managers working there the other day told me that corporate has bought the restaurant from the franchisee, and now everything will be better. The hamburger was better but almost everything else on the $88 ticket was bad. Why are there three managers working when there are only two customers during the hour I was in there during lunch (they were both take out orders)? Please let the staff know if there is anything wrong. The few times Ive been there, each time my guest could not find where the more ordinary, less gourmet burger was on the menu. Not everyone wants a gourmet 20+ dollar burger. Please clean the sticky, nasty menus, salt and pepper shakers! Exchange the stale opened crackers. Ill never eat here again and I was embarrassed for my friends who I warned what to expect but didnt believe me. There is/was an obese Mexican manager that was extremely smelly and looked filthy as he was coming in and out of the kitchen to tell my friend inappropriate threats because he didnt like loudness at the bar. When he mentioned gang violence to my friend, we put down a few dollars and left before eating our food. Good Luck with this place and speak up about any problems.

Not a good experience today. My husband and I shared the Pig Out Burger and it came out without the bacon. So we told the waitress and she brought out bacon. Then the manager comes over and he was rude telling us there are only supposed to be 2 strips of bacon. Which is fine, just put it on in the first place and no reason to be rude to your customers when all we did was ask for the missing bacon. No apology or anything. Then the waitress forgot toncharge for drinks, she went back and added them, which I think she should have comped the drinks since she forgot and had already brought the ticket out and taken the card with her. But instead she comes back with a new amount due and a fresh charge. We also had a birthday burger coupon for my daughter to get a free burger which we were told was only good in her birthday month, while it clearly stated good for 14 days and will expire on January 8th. We called coorporate and let them.know we were not happy about the coupon not stating that information, which they then told us we should have been able to use that coupon. And the restaurant had given us wrong information. We used to go there alot and love their burgers. But after today I am not sure we will be back.

The service was terrible, we had to wait 20 Minutes to be seated . Once we got in there were lots for empty tables and no one sitting at them . We ordered our drinks and when we got them they were the wrong drinks so the waitress came back and with more drinks and they still werent right . Then we place our food order and waited another 15 minutes to get it . The waitress Karrn never came to check on us so we never got anymore fries or drinks and when she finally did come we were so tried of the poor service we just wanted the bill so she said we could pay at the table with there machine well when we started to pay it turns out tha the bill that came up was not ours so she bought our paper copy . I didnt want to leave a tip but my husband said to leave her $5 . This was my first time ever eating at Red Robin and it will be my last !!! Poor service and the food was not that great either. Also the place was a mess lots of dirty tables at dinner time !!!!

I always like Red Robins burgers. For a gourmet burger they are among the best. They are usually prepared properly and served hot. Most of the time the service is great at this location but there have been a few times it wasnt. For instance, I went there last and felt like I was invisible. The host/hostess didnt acknowledge that I was there, or even speak, and actually greeted and seated the group that came in AFTER me. My guest and I guest waited over 15 minutes before the host even spoke to us. We almost left. That has happened twice but once at the table the service is much better and the food is always good. That has not happened the most recent visits so perhaps the rude host/hostess are gone.

Closest one to home so we come fairly often. Service quality has gone down over time. Previously being a waiter has taught me a reasonable turn around time for being greeted, sat, provided with waters and what expected/common wait times between appetizers and entrees should be. Tonight, unfortunately, is not on the better end of experiences here. Horribly slow on the"greet with water", 25 minutes from order to service, order was not only wrong but burned and they still served it. Now Im waiting with enough time to write this entire review for my food to be re-made. The rest of the table has finished their meals. .... .... and my beef is pink. IM DONE. horrible experience tonight.

I came here back in April 2016. Every part of my order was messed up. I specifically said "No vegetables in my salad" and I got cucumbers. I asked for my "burger to be done" and my meat was partially raw. And when I took my new blue cheese burger & broccoli leftovers home, I was given ketchup as a side instead of the blue cheese sauce for the burger. This is unfortunate because Red Robin has the best burgers I have ever tasted. I took a survey on Red Robin explaining my experience and to this date, they have not bothered to respond. While I appreciate the workers at the time was trying to fix my order, I will probably never be coming back.

The worst service Get outside waiting for food to be delivered I ordered it at 4:56 at 5:36 Will not receive my food they comeTo get my payment from me and I asked if my food was going to be cold and the young lady said that she would check on it. Food was brought out coal I went back into the facility told them the food was cold.they didnt offer to remake the food didnt offer to any do anything And I was speaking directly with the manager Page so at that time I asked for a refund I will not return back to the Red robin.Your Manager Page does not seem to care about return business or making orders correct.

We sat down and never got any service, 15 min later we had to flag down a server, 10 min later we finally got our drinks, 15 min later we were finally able to order, an hour later got our food! By the time we finally got our food we had to pick our daughter up from her sport event, I asked for a box and the check...15 min later I had to go into the actual kitchen to get my own...the manager was there and I asked him for the check, he instead gave me attitude! Do not go if you want a relaxing night out! The managers name was dwaine.
