Went out to lunch today with my lovely wife. Decided I needed a burger. There are many places to choose. All say they have the best. So, we decided to give this place a try. Its a quaint little place that seems to be visited by a lot of the locals. You have to go up to the counter to place your order. The folks are friendly and they have most any combination of burger anyone could want. A small caveat, they dont ask how you want your burger. Im in the camp that I like my burgers well done. The wife ordered their Philly & I the Texas Road Rage. The first comment from my wife was about the FFs. They are better than average. Her sandwich was OK, My burger had some nice seasoning and the bun was toasted well. The burger killed off my craving. Only caveat is that the seasonings tended to be the main stay of the sandwich. I could have used a little more flavor from the burger. The sandwich was well dressed. So all in all I would rate this place above average. Thats not a bad thing. With so many restaurants providing mediocre food & service, this place makes them look shabby. Would I go back, You Betcha.... In my opinion, Hamburgerdom is not what it use to be. Gone are the days of getting an excellent burger. Its hard to find a place that char grills their burgers. So my search is still on. I really miss the Denton Country Hamburger Factory & Clydes Old Fashion Hamburgers.

Hugely disappointed. The place only had 1 other person in there the whole time we were there and it was dinner hour! Everywhere else was packed. That clearly tells you something is wrong here & all these reviewers giving it 5 stars dont love it as much as they say, or its not as good as they say or this place would have more than 3 people total in their dining room at peak dinner time. We heard great things about this place, love burgers, brats, etc. so tried them out. I decided to go for the Ruben sandwich, since the brats were outrageously expensive given their small size. I have never had a worse Ruben sandwich. Even I can do better with Kraft thousand island at home! There was literally 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut on the sandwich, it was all super greasy! The dressing was NOT what you put on a traditional Ruben. There was hardly any meat and they grilled it until crispy like bacon - which is NOT how you make a Ruben, thus they should ask if you want it that way. I literally felt sick after trying to eat it. Had to struggle to even see any cheese at all. You get so much more & a traditional Ruben at Jasons. My guest had a Philly Cheesesteak sand & he was disappointed as well. I guess the reviewers giving this place 5 stars eat mainly at Burger King & Taco Bell, because I dont see how anyone could give this place 5 stars in a million years.

I have been a long time fan of our nations capital dish, the Hamburger. Trying many places local and in other states, many that have been viewed on such TV stations as, The Food Network, and I have to say, without a doubt, this place brings a whole new meaning to the word Hamburger. The flavors and combinations are classical and venturous, but their secret ingredient is not within the condiments (as many places specialize in) its the basics. The buns and the meat are gourmet, and very fresh. Working their personally I know that all my ingredients are top quality, and very good. Dont be intimidated by the young ones cooking and preparing the food, it doesnt take a gourmet chef to make one of these burgers good, the meat does it for you. If you havent tried this place, and are in the market for a great burger, please do yourself a favor and dig in!

I found this place by accident. Up in Flower Mound, really didnt want McDonalds, notice the sign across the street for Burgers and Brats. Been eating here ever since when Im in the area. Burgers are pretty good but the Chicken Philly is amazing! The chicken is so juicy and hoagie so fresh you dont need any type of dressing. Just chicken, grilled onions and provolone cheese. The fries are decent enough but the option of a half brat stick instead is the way to go. Only real issue is the restaurant is pretty small so it can get pretty packed at lunch time.

I ordered the #9 brat and it was good but not the best Ive had. My wife ordered the #16 grilled chicken with no mayo. It came with mayo throughout the lettuce and . Instead of asking for a new sandwich she just asked for a new bun and vegetables. Several minutes later a plan bottom half of a bun arrives at our table with no vegetables. She ate it and rated it below average. Should have asked for a whole new chicken sandwich. Maybe an off night. Both would be better grilled at home. Sauer Kraut was not as good as Jasons Deli.

Glad we tried it, but not wowed. The meat was pretty good, burger cooked well, but I thought the prices were a bit high for you get and the brat wasnt very impressive. The kids meal was more like 1-2 stars. We ordered the chicken finger meal. It literally came with 2 chicken figures sliced in half, all by themselves in an empty basket. Even our kids pointed out that it was a bit sad, although they did say they tasted good.

Dont understand the person below... maybe there dinner hour is different than everyone else. I absolutely love love love the food ive eaten there for years and its a favorite place to order from when i dont cook. My only complaint (which isnt even a major deal) is that they need a bigger location. Every single time i go i end up just ordering to go because they are over packed. Which means there just that good! :-)

I placed and order to go for my family tonight we have never eaten here before. When we got our food home I was very disappointed with the food. The burgers were over cooked and missing toppings and the fries were hard as a rock. I called the manager Alex and he didnt offer much of a solution he was very unfriendly. Not exactly how you would expect a manager to act. We will not be going back.

First time there. Ordered a Smoked Bratwurst. It was a very good brat, but overpriced. $7.50 for a hot dog is extreme. Admittedly it came with German Potato salad (that I did not want). Opted for fries substitution. Average fries. Would prefer the ability to just have the brat, no sides please. Went at lunchtime. Somewhat crowded, but not bad. Had to wait awhile but that was expected.

Loved the gluten free bun. Fries were great as well. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and said it was amazing. Good was cooked fresh when you order so 10 minutes to get you good even though there was no line. Tables were clean. Condiment containers (mustard) and air vents really need to be cleaned or I would have given 5 stars.

I was excited to try thid place based on the other reviews however my experience wasnt the same. The food was mediocre. Ordered the Road Rage and The Median. Both burger and chicken didnt had much flavor. Any college cafeteria can make the same taste. Decent fries. Place itself was clean. Wont come back for second visit
