Poa is great in so many ways but can never get an order right! I made an order to go of two egg and cheese sandwiches, both on croissants, both with avocado, and ONE with bacon. The sandwiches were delivered to me in their own to go boxes and I was stupid and didnt open them until I got home. The sandwiches were on ciabatta rolls one had bacon and one had avocado so I went back to get what I ordered. It was my fault for not confirming my order. When I walked in I explained the sandwiches were not what I ordered and the person there said "Huh, weird". I repeated my order and they quickly got the new sandwiches out to me. This time I looked to make sure they were correct. I saw the croissants and headed to my car. On the way home a squirrel scurried out into the road, stopped, froze and then ran right under my tire. I had run over the poor squirrel! I felt terrible and thought that if I hadnt had to go back to get my sandwiches corrected the squirrel would still be alive. Once I got the sandwiches in the house I opened up the boxes and noticed that both had bacon and only ONE HAD AVOCADO!! Uuugghhh! They got my order wrong again! At that point I just went with it. I didnt want to risk killing another animal just to get my breakfast right. This was not the first time that Poa got my order wrong it was just the worst time Poa got my order wrong.

After reading about POA in NW Kids Magazine I was excited to try this place out. I had my doubts. How crazy was it going to be at this kid friendly cafe? My almost 3 year old is non-stop! This place is perfect for parents out there looking for a place with good healthy options for your kiddos to eat, delicious "grown up" food, remarkably calm atmosphere, enough play things to entertain kids for hours, and helpful work staff. You order at the counter and take a letter to your table. We got a Ricotta pie, which was just the right amount of sweet/savory to start our early lunch. My daughter got the beans/rice/tortilla, fruit salad, tomato/avocado trio, and I had a rice bowl with many of the same ingredients and cornbread on the side. The menu is straight forward and fresh. Id like to come back with my girlfriend for a bloody mary :) 5 stars for sure!

The atmosphere was really welcoming and the staff was friendly, but, holy moley were the portions TINY for the price. I ordered a Thai bowl with quinoa and no protein for $7.50, and it was about a cup of quinoa and about half of a cup of veggies (very little broccoli and mostly hard pieces of cabbage). I dont usually write reviews of things like this, but it was kind of ridiculous the amount of food I got for the money. I understand the cost of labor, food, and packaging are factors here, but even still, the markup should not be that high...

Kid friendly atmosphere makes it a desirable place to go, but good god are the prices ridiculous for the amount served. A 16oz smoothie goes for $7.50. If you are buying lunch for yourself and two kids expect to drop $40 or more for portions that fail to fill the 2 year old. Just stupid. The place is totally kid friendly, yet staffed by people that exude an air of total disdain for children. Odd. Not sure this place is worth the trouble. So many other kid friendly places that dont require you to work overtime to pay for lunch.

Well, it may have been good, I dont know. I left after standing there for more than five minutes, totally ignored by the three staff people behind the counter, leisurely preparing food and drinks for other customers. The place was barely busy, and had they even asked me, they would have found that I just wanted a simple pastry. I left and went to Philippes Bakery across the street. Much better experience, and much better prices. And much better music too.

There is a way to use Poa, and that is as a place to entertain your little one while you sip and nibble treats. Do not come here for full meals (overpriced for that) but the gluten free pastry options, treats for kids and smoothies are worthwhile. The ambiance is minimal and clean, and while they could expand the play space, it functions pretty good during their less busy hours. It can get quite loud and crowded though, so be warned!

Needed wifi for a few minutes so I stopped in and grabbed a coffee. The coffee was fine but the place was a total disaster: crumbs, napkins, loose paper everywhere, chairs and tables turned sideways all over the cafe. One employee was "cleaning up" but actually just seemed to be slamming and kicking things instead. Not a biggie but just the topper, the music was unbearably loud, couldnt focus on conversation or my work.

I find this place pretty freaking tasty, the prices are about right for good quality, whole food, although the avocado toast is literally just two small pieces of toast and some avocado, hard to justify paying 7.50 for something like that. But the place is never crazy busy, the atmosphere is clean and open and full of light, love the wellness shots and herbal drinks they make, try the golden latte.

Aside from being grossed out by the dude preparing our food with a bandage on his finger with no gloves on - the food was great and the cafe was kid friendly. I would definitely revisit employee hygene and the dangers of open contact with food. Food was excellent, coffee was good.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Fun for the kids, and a place for adults to enjoy themselves as well. They have a great menu that meets everyones needs. I highly recommend this place to all people going out with kids! Its so nice to have a place the whole family (and friends) can enjoy.

Over priced , mediocre food served luke warm, chai was also served almost cold. Theres screaming children everywhere and the place looks like a day care. Might be nice if you have offspring you want to add to the chaos but would not recommend otherwise.

My 4 year-old had a great time with the toys and outdoor play space. The food was very good and the portions were generous. Pretty solid cocktails as well. Definitely an oasis for parents with little ones.

Great kiddo play area. Music and voices carry inside though--bouncing acoustics. A little loud for grown up conversaction, even for this former rock and roller.

Another great addition to the kid friendly williams corridor. Food options for kids are plentiful and healthy. Adult food is delicious as well.

Great place to bring kids and grab a cup of coffee.... Probably not the BEST place to try and read a book about quiet meditation.

Weird place, poor service, mediocre food. Smoothies have no flavor, was made with half ice. Overall, eh...
