I love Chipotle in general, but this location? Decidedly not worth going to. I placed an order for a few guys at work (the big bosses), for a lunch meeting. They lied to me about what time it would be ready, all of the food was wrong (they didnt include rice in any of the burritos, for one thing... and apparently, despite requesting fajita veggies on things, they werent going to give us any), and the food was cooked horribly (the beans were so soggy the burritos dissolved). To top off the experience, when the store opened 15 minutes late for the day at 11:15 am, they announced to the waiting crowd that it was all my fault for placing a "very large, last minute, online order". I got 8 burritos and had ordered them, via fax, at 8 am, so not a single word of the announcement was true. And even if had been true, attempting to humiliate and blame a customer publicly? Not good business sense. The District Manager I spoke to has been the only employee with sense Ive dealt with throughout the entire debacle.

If you cant fulfill a service then dont offer it! I have used the online ordering service with Chipotle several times and have had a great experience, with the exception of the Milford Chipotle location. Twice now, I have arrived at the designated time of pick up and my order has not been started. Both times they have offered me a free drink while I wait. No thank you, I would like my food to be ready, that is why I ordered it online, so I dont have to wait. I sat in the store for 10 minutes, watching people that walked in the store the same time that I did walk out with their burritos. When I went up again to inquire about my online order, they stuttered and looked around. They had placed my order on the shelf behind not even bothering to bring it out to me... geez. Wont happen a third time, plenty of other Chipotles that do a fine job with this service. If Im in Milford, Ill be getting my burritos from Hot Heads.

I love Chipotle. This location on the other hand does not keep to the companies standards. Last time I was here it was around noon so reasonably, it was super busy. I dont mind waiting in line but once I started to place my order I realized I was getting skimped. Being as busy as they were I came by when they were running out of things so instead of waiting I was pushed down the line even though I asked for a little more since I didnt get as much as I normally do. Maybe it was just a bad one time thing.. stay away from here when its busy to save some strife

This is by far the best location I have been to. They really take care of their service members and police officers and they are very polite. The service is quick and it was yes maam yes sir to everything, it is rare to find really respectful young group of men Like these guys. I couldnt speak more highly of them and the food as always here was great and everything I love about chipotle. The manager that worked today, Im not sure his name, was amazing, and Ive never taken the time to write a review before but thought that he deserved at least that.

What the heck happened to the staff that I used to see?? Next time I go to have my bowl made Im going to say absolutely everything I want on it in a louder volume as fast as possible and talk over the person whos serving me because she does it to the customer along with slopping everything down in unnecessary quantities and with a huge attitude along with roasting a coworker whos brand new. Whenever I go to Chipotle I usually plan on spending at least 15min there to carryout, but tonight I spent 48min just waiting to place my order. As I stood in line I noticed the food preparers looking at online order receipts and filling them while the people in line waited. It was chaotic! My food wasnt even as tasty as it has been in the past. I wont stop going there, but I do think Ill wait until Chipotle figures out a better process to serve the online and in store customers.

I love chipotle. But I have to take off a star for two reasons. 1. Its always packed in here. Twice now Ive came here and left due to the line. 2. The line. I hate the kings island style turnstiles. The line is all bunched up together... rather than how most Chipotles do it where the line is one long line. Or maybe a single two sided line. This was just poor design.

Still waiting for my online order after 40 minutes :( Those who complained the loudest received special treatment and their orders pushed ahead in line. Very disappointed in the poor service. I dont think Ill return to this location. The workers are working hard. There just are not enough of them to accommodate the online orders and the regular line.

Well to start off with this is the worst Chipotle that Ive ever had the misfortune of eating at. The "meat" that comes on the burrito is pretty much slim to none. Filled with rice to make it seem like you are getting your moneys worth, when in reality youre just being had. I wouldnt recommend this Chipotle to anyone.... 1/10 wouldnt recommend.

We dont have any Chipotles where I live. It is really good!!! The line was really long, but it was recommended by a local car dealership right down the street and they said they pump out the line, its always long and if i didnt ever have Chipotle I should try it. An absolutely mediocre Chipotle, really cant be compared to well ran ones around the city. Workers are often dirty, very inappropriate in front of customers and overall, they really struggle to make a good burrito. I live in Milford, and stay away from this location.

Worst chipotle Ive ever been too. Waited forever AND they were still out of half their ingredients. Those they did have were poor quality- most brown lettuce Ive ever seen, how do you serve that? Glad I dont live near this, feel bad for everyone who has to come here

Every time I go I have to tell them more rice, and if theres a bit of a line you might wanna bring a snack because your gonna be there a while. If youve got more than 4 people your probably screwed because theres one table big enough in the whole place.

Food is OK. Most of the staff are AWFUL and oblivious to the health code and constant violations that occur here. Very surprising since the whole E. Coli thing made them take trainings and supposedly made sure their employees know how to handle food.

very unhappy with this location. Steak was burnt and very grisley., very small portion as well. Tried again a few weeks later. Ordered chorizo, again my meat was burnt badly, very small portion as well. Never going back to this location !!!!
