Horrible experience. Go ANYWHERE else! You can get an $11 burger from lots of restaurants where its worth it for the flavor, atmosphere, and service. This aint one of those places. Extremely long wait times before the waitress even took drink orders, never brought water. Put a milkshake in front of each kid, disappeared without bringing napkins. I had to walk to the bar to get some. Waited 50 minutes then asked about our dinners, they were brought right out, ice cold. Had to get on the phone and call the restaurant from my table to get a manager who argued about taking the food off the bill. Eat ANYWHERE else. "Free refills " and "bottomless fries" means youll get one little serving and never see the waitress to get any more.

Went on 4th of July, and expected it to be busy. We were seated promptly. The server was nice. We were initially given the wrong drinks. Appetizers were good. My date ordered a burger and enjoyed it a lot. I ordered the seafood platter, and tried to tough through it. It looked fine. The clams and fish tasted really gross with a very stong chemical aftertaste. Fries, cole slaw, and shrimp were okay. I ate a couple bites of each but sent it back. I was still charged for it though. My desert was missing half the ingredients, but they fixed it when I pointed it out. Went to the movie theater afterwards and all that food came blasting out. I recommend avoiding the fried food. Everything else seemed fine.

Like the burgers, but agree with another reviewer there are better burgers around for a little more. The 2 stars lost is really about the wait. Always a wait. This is a business that manages itself down to what its management can handle versus improving the management. Saturday afternoon, party of 4, 20 minute wait. Once seated I counted 15 empty tables. Ive observed this on at least 5 occasions. Hire/schedule more servers turn the floor more often, increase the revenue and improve your reputation, particularly for service. Its a win/win/win. Happy guests tip better (ask any server). Maybe we dont complain (just go elsewhere), but no-one is happy about an avoidable 20 mim wait.

If you ever want a FREE MEAL all you have to do is wait till about 830 and place a take out order order any signiture burger and make 1 change to it 9 times out of ten they will screw it up when you get home call and tell the manager and you got a free meal I have literally had this happen so many times that I didnt bother doing it the last time this goes for the hilliard location as well I used to eat here about once a week for this reason now Im just tired of having a problem with my simple order every time

not a good experience. manager took our name, hostess called it 3 minutes later while at bar waiting for drink. since we missed first call had to wait 10 additional minutes. server was nice, however, over seated tonight. my wife and daughter used bathroom which was out of paper towels and had toilet paper all over floor and stalls. to top it off they didnt ask for rewards number or offer my 2 year old a balloon. going to the easton red Robin next time

They kept us waiting more than 45 minutes and still want us wait longer there was 7 of us while we waited they sit about 5 sets of 4 fables and 1 table of 6 they could have put one of the table 4 together for us then the asset manager begin speaking a lie about us to the other whites which made my sister very angry. Not a good experience. Went next door to smokey bones reciv9great serv9and good food well spent 250 dollars

This location was awful. I love the chain but nit this particular resturaunt. The hostess was extremely rude. The wait was about 50 minutes. The waitress was nice but never around. The food came out cold. Missing ingredients on different items. Never will I come here again. Their "candied bacon" is just pre fried bacon sprinkled with brown sugar.

Service was great! Food was good and at a fair price. Soda and regular drinks 2.99 each and beer in a glass 4.99 is a little pricy to me. Making a killing on this stuff! Donuts werent what I expected, tasted really good (because I havent had a donut in months) but small. 5.99 for 4.

My family really enjoys coming here for a good burger. The food is pretty decent and the prices are reasonable. The service is usually pretty good but I have, on occasion, had a long wait after being seated. But more often than not I have had good experiences here.

Red Robin is an enjoyable place to eat. With a family of 3 it can be a bit pricey. After purchasing our meals and drinks its not less than 35.00, then you add the tip. Servers are always good and restaurant is clean. Wait can be lengthy during busy hours.

Always have a good dinner here. There are better burger places in town for a little more money. Service has always been good and food has come out quick and hot. Recommend A1 peppercorn or the burning love burgers. They have options for gluten free as well.

Service was a little slow, even though we were the only ones in the place. Also did not like the fact that we were given the check before we finished eating, and/or before we were able to ask for desserts. Defenitely a negative note for our party.

My fiance and I come here all the time and we love this place. We have yet to have a bad server or meal. Food is excellent and service is great. IT may look like the wait time is long, but this place is great at getting people seated quickly.

So far ordered fries, that was submitted for some specialty fries. I asked about it, was ignored, and have been sitting here for 25 minutes with only a water. If I could live stream this experience I would likely become famous.

Terrible, could not get my to orders despite me paying for it, the one order that i did get was overcooked and burned. I got food poisoning once from their crispy chicken sandwich. Fries always stale... i will never go back

This is definitely my favorite RedRobin across town. I love this location. The food is amazing, the prices are better than some other locations, and the staff are always friendly. I dont think Ive ever had bad service here.

Whats the point of endless fries/broccoli if the server never comes by? He zoomed past at one point and took the fry plate, didnt ask if I wanted any more. Feels like money wasted. I dont want to have to fight for my meal.

I dont know what they call food but I tried to eat there 3 times and its been horrible food in my opinion. They also dont get ur order right or they burn your food. There are better places to get burgers and food for less

I dont know why we keep coming back. Been waiting for table for 14 for over 20 mins when they said maybe 5 mins. It doesnt matter if it 4 or 14 their guest relations have always sucked for us
