I had the unfortunate pleasure of being served by Casey and from the moment she met me, she was on edge and behaved as if there was something really wrong with being my waitress. First, I made a request for an extremely spicy item on the menu. It is old news that I really love my food SPICY and I actually go out of my way when I travel to see what varieties of spice that I get to taste. But, for some reason, Casey had a problem with getting what I requested from the menu. First, she told me that the item will not be returned and I am thinking, okay, i know what I want and there is no warning anywhere either on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant about anything. I had to assure her that I knew exactly what I wanted to order. Then she went ahead to provide a reformatted sauce. What is a reformatted sauce? I do not know. But, fortunately for her, I found out what I was given when I got home or she would have provided some answers. Then, I requested more water. This lady literally slammed my glass of water on the table. I was like okay now!!! Then when I requested another item from the menu. She went ahead to take her time to get me my item. The lady I came with had her items brought to her quite promptly. I was ready to ask her if she had a problem with providing service to me. After all, there werent many people at that location at that hour of the day. Beyond, the awful customer service I received from this lady. The food was meh!!! But, the sauces were great. Though, I still wonder if I received the right sauce. The fries were also meh!! The price point was hmm mm(so so). So for everything else, I give this place a 3 out of 5, but I will remove one point because of the service I received from Casey. BWW gets a 2 out of 5 from me. Oh yeah, we all have bad days and some might have presumptive notions about others but part of wearing big adult panties involve providing at least a minimal level of customer service, so a patron chooses to return to the establishment and maybe brings someone else along. I will not be returning to this establishment. So, go there if you must but if a Casey comes over to provide services, please ensure that she is in a good mood or you might leave with a bad mood.

I just went yesterday around 2pm for takeout. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly. My order was ready within 10 minutes which didnt worry me because I was the only person there but when I got home I knew way it only took 10 minutes and I was furious! The kids meal had no sauce on the wings and they looked 2 days old, hard and over cooked! I couldnt even give them to my kid and they didnt put her fries in the bag so she had nothing. My order was just the opposite, covered in so much sauce it looked like gravy. I love extra sauce but it was horrible! I ended up throwing it away after 2 wings. Oh and the fries were dried out hard and broken, Im absolutely convinced they were from at least the day before. I love Buffalo Wild Wings so I wont say Ill never eat there again but itll be awhile before I do and it definitely wont be takeout! UPDATE: After waiting a few months I decided to go back for a sit down meal and it was WORST than the first time! Im not even going to complain about the 40 minute wait in a nearly empty restaurant, for me it was the cold wings that tasted old and covered in sauce. I spoke to the manager who was very accommodating and gave me a refund, he was nice enough to offer to let me take the remaining portion home to which I declined and Im glad I did because not to long after I became violently ill. I know for a fact it was food poisoning. I love to support local businesses in my area but I will NEVER step foot in this location again!

This is the worst BWW Ive EVER been in! Went on a Monday at 3:30 P.M. There was about 4 other parties and my party of 4. We got there and had to walk into the dining area to find someone to sit us down. He sent us back to the front of the restaurant, then called us from afar to sit at a table. We waited for about 25 minutes before a waitress, who had walked past us several times without saying a word came and asked us what we wanted. We asked for wings fries and as an appetizer, the nachos. We then waited for our nachos and were never asked about refills. The waitress was walking past us, we called her several times and she ignored us. Also, at one point there was no wait staff out at all. It was for a good 15 minutes. People were getting up and leaving. We then got our wings another 45 minutes later. Our orders were cold and my order was wrong. I let her know this and she said she would bring me the sauce because I didnt want to wait another 45 minutes. I didnt get the sauce till the rest of my party was done eating. She and a lot of the wait staff were standing around not doing very much. I asked her for our check and when she brought it to us it was the wrong party and had to go back and get a new one. It was awful! Im not one to write reviews but this was beyond. We were there for almost 2 hours so dont go here if you value your time because they dont. I was there on a Monday, I couldnt imagine how it is on the weekends.

My husband and I went on a Sunday around 5:30 p.m. We were seated in 5 minutes. Our waitress STARTED off really nice making good drink and food suggestions. However she was not attentive and when we had request took a while to get back to us. Upon receiving the check she told us that the company "taxes tips on card" and that they dont receive their tips until 2 weeks later. Feeling sympathetic I tipped her $10 in cash which was more than 20%. As my husband and I are WALKING OUT she stops me to ask to tell me that I had not given her gratuity (gratuity wasnt added to the bill). Looking confused I told her I gave her a tip and was under the assumption that gratuity applied to larger groups or after hours. She then went on to explain what she thought gratuity meant and showed attitude at my confusion. Eventually my husband took $5 out of his wallet and handed it to her. I was VERY upset that she pressured me to give her something that was not obligated. That is rude point blank and Im never returning to this location again.

I brought my daughter and mother with me to this restaurant. Each of us order a meal and about a half an hour everybody got their meals but me . I was upset but I wasnt mad because this wasnt the first place that I wanted to go to so I only paid for the food that hit the table. The server couldnt answer me when i asked him what kind of appetizer was he giving us he just sucked his teeth and said "I dont know ". The waitress was lazy and seemed to not feel the wind going past her hips cause her buttcrack was exposed. Silverware wasnt on the tables and as my mother complained to the manager the waitress pulled him to the side where I can hear and told him shes not a mind reader. I wouldve said something if you came back to our table and asked how we was feeling and if we enjoyed the food or at least the imaginary one in my face. I was upset i paid and gave her zero tip. This job the employees are dress like football players which makes you a team. If one mess up you all mess up. Take responsibility next time.
