I searched Yelp for an Indian restaurant between work and my house to place a take out order. This was my first experience at Heritage and it wont be my last. The Chicken Tikka Masala is some of the best we have had. Chunks of chicken, peppers and onions in a delicious sauce. Not too spicy, so if you like it extra spicy you may want to ask them to kick it up a notch. The sauce had a bit of citrus acidity to it... lemon juice perhaps? I love lemon juice on all my food so I was very happy. We also got Chicken Briani, Muligatawny and Samosa. Everything was very good, and the Samosa was reallllly good... they had a great spice to them. I took a look around the place while I was picking up my order and the restaurant is very nice. I like the tiles and fancy seats in the bar and lounge area and the dining room is really cute. Looking forward to coming in for dinner and drinks very soon.

This is one of the better Indian restaurants I have eaten at. Some dishes OK and others superb. I had the best Branzino at this restaurant from all I have had at any Italian restaurant . Also had on another occasion a great fish dish in an Indian sauce that was out of this world. The kofta balls & lentils are great. Lamb chops appetizers are delicious. Onion & garlic kulcha (breads) are the best. My family likes a number of the chicken dishes. The proprietor is always accommodating and the atmosphere inviting & warm. Have returned regularly over the years when in the mood for Indian food.

This is probably the restaurant to win the title of "The Worst restaurant in America". I hope for them that Gordon Ramzi will show up. The Maligutani soup we ordered was an over spiced instant soup. The Chicken Tanduri was raw and cold inside. This place was scary. We should have known better when walking in and the place was empty. The service was as bad as the food itself. I hope this is not the "Heritage" of India. If you want to go out on a break up date, this is the place. No one sane enough will even considering this as food worthy.

I absolutely love this place!!! It is one of the best restaurant in NHP. I would highly recommend it. The staff is great especially the manager/owner, who is usually available to give recommendations on food choices. Great if you are an indian and for non-indians, who wants to try the cuisine. However, I wouldnt recommend the buffet/brunch on Sundays because it does not have enough options. And also the price for the regular menu is pricey but if you dont mind spending, it is a great place to eat! :-)

Nothing gets me more impatient than waiting for my food from take-out and Heritage of India was of no exception to the anticipation of palek paneer to waff my senses and also to leave the smell on my fingers three days after no matter how much I wash them. I know what youre thinking, "What sicko insists on smelling their fingers to remind them of a meal they had?!" That sicko would be me and youd be a follower too if you came here.

All I need to say is horrible...horrible service! We can here to this restaurant at 3 oclock pm. When we walked in all the waiters were sitting at the bar, and they just stared at us...it was so awkward, they did not say anything, they just stared. I asked if they were open and they just stared. I said I wanted a table and one guy just walked up and walked to a nearby table. The food was good, but the price was expensive.

A lot of good options to choose from for starters as well main coarse. Loved their stuffed mashroom in starter. For the price very good food and overall enjoyable dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our post dinner karaoke session at the front bar which is for free for visitors and is well equipped with superior quality of instruments, microphone and sound system with extensive collection of bollywood songs.

Worst food I have had in my entire life. Was there Monday night and ordered Tndoori Chicken but instead got half uncooked legs. That was disgusting. Next we ordered Tandoori paneer tikka and it was uncooked from inside and had no taste whatsoever. Then we ordered paneer sabji and that was simply boiled and no spices in it. It was horrible. The only thing they had right was water!!!! NEVER GO THERE !!1

By far the BEST Indian food, Ambience and the friendliness of the owners.. Take my word for the fact that their Malai Chicken is probably the best dish you find in the entire US... That said their other entrees are also very good.... nice selection of wine too :) Every time I am in their neck of the woods.... I end up there by default.

It was most horrible experience. Uncooked appetizers, foul smell old rice, and very very poor service and low quality food with high prices. Will never recomend anybody to waste their money on heritage

The restaurants atmosphere is sophisticated and classy. The food is flavorful with excellent flair and presentation. Prices are relatively modest, especially given the quality. Excellent service.
