Walked in and I was the only one in line. I was basically ignored for like four minutes or so. Then the young man with gloves on that had been doing something on the cash register, asked me what I would like. I ordered and he started making my fajita steak burrito. After grilling the burrito wrap he added beans and then I had to remind him to add the fajita vegetables. At this point a woman walked into the restaurant and up to the counter beside me. The young man then slid my burrito to the side as there was no steak ready. He then asked the woman what she would like. She ordered a double steak burrito bowl. The man added her rice to the bowl and both kinds of beans. Then he turned to the kitchen staff and they provided the fresh cooked steak. He now takes her bowl and walks to the other side of my unmade burrito and asks the woman what else she would like on her bowl. At this point I ask wheres the steak for my burrito, as I was there first and what was made is now getting cold. Everyone starts laughing, because being rude to your repeat customers is obviously quite funny! I called Kyla the managers, she was trying to tell me the lady was there waiting on the steak before me. I watched her walk in the building after me, and I told her. I have always loved this restaurant and have been here many, many times with my friends and family. I will never spend another dime there. Just a hint for all the restaurants out there, dont treat your steady customers like crap. Also change your gloves when doing something else and then switching to preparing food. E. coli anyone?

I came by and ordered my burrito on a weekend night, I was looking forward eating it at home while watching a good movie. When I got there to order it everything started as usual until the guy that was finishing my burrito did not how to wrap it. He started to fold it in all awkward ways and just touching it in all ways until his supervisor came and literally trained him on how to fold burritos with my burrito. That burrito was folded and refolded, whipped and re-wrapped so many times that it made me loose my appetite for the whole weekend. Its now been about six months now and I still get nauseous every time I drive by any Chipotle. Thats why Im writing this review, since I drove passed by and got that nausea feeling again. It was like my meal getting sexually molested right in front of me. Terrible experience!! I rather get food poisoning.

I recently used catering at this location, and I had a great experience. When I arrived to pick up my order for 20, the employees couldnt find the order anywhere. A manager, who I believe was named Donald, immediately came out, apologized, and asked if I would mind waiting just a few min while he oversaw the preparation of my order. While I waited (not even 15 min) employees offered me a free beverage, a place to sit, and generally were super nice and apologetic. When my order was done, the manager offered me a discount and then personally helped carry my order to the car. What could have been a mildly annoying situation was handled so well that I walked away with an even better impression of the store than I had started with. Ive rarely been treated so well by restaurant employees - it was great!

This Chipotle on Kirkwood Rd is by far my favorite place to go for a quick meal, usually lunch when I work from home. Its close by my house so I have gone there A LOT. So much so they actually comped me a meal and the manager said "Its on us today, this is from Chipotle to you." Not going to lie, it really made my weekend. The attitude of the staff is ALWAYS energetic and positive. I get greeted with "How are you doing today, what can I get you started for you sir?" without fail. I say thank you, and in return I get a "Have a nice day!" with a big smile. Legitimately, this Chipotle is one step above every other Chipotle I have been to. Thank you for your continued stellar service!

Great food and service! The best part though was one of the managers or shift leaders was sitting talking with another employee at the table next to ours. He spoke to her so kindly and made sure she understood the importance of respecting each other and communicating. He then said "Were a family here. If I respect you, youll respect me. Thats how its supposed to work." He then gave her his cell phone number and said that if she ever needed anything that she shouldnt hesitate to call. Im not sure what the young mans name was, but it brightened my day. The world needs more managers like that!

The store manager here really cares about his store, employees and his customers. Heard him talking to one of his employees about an issue that he was concerned about really offered a great support system. He definitely has the drive and passion that he wants everyone to be happy and wants his employees to reach their potential. Hes not the do this, do that manager. Hes the "come along with me and well succeed together, leader. You dont find that much anymore in this kind of food industry.

This Chipotle is awesome. I come here usually every week for lunch. The service is great, the staff is the most friendly fast food staff ive ever ran into. Its rare to find this kind of positive attitude in fast food where no one is working for a tip. A number of employees know my order pretty well and my special requests. This is why I keep coming back, great customer service... Steak fajita burrito bowl is my favorite here, and chips and salsa are a must.

We absolutely love this location. Were in often enough that I know exactly how much itll be for our order until local taxes change. At one point we were in often enough that our order would be recognized when we came in! Friendly staff, standard quick Chipotle service. Well drive the almost 15 minutes it takes to get here any time.

The best service and management out of every place i have ever been! The employees really make this place great# food has also always been great as well. The past two times i have over heard the manager talking to his employees one on one and he is so encouraging! What a great manager. I see him going places!

The food was good but the fact that this place has very limited seating turned me off about it I had to take my food to another place to eat and this wasnt even during rush hour. Also the gentleman behind the counter tore my burrito where he had to remake it kind of a inconvenience when youre in a rush

Best Chipotle Ive ever been to. The workers are engaging, friendly, and truly go the extra mile to make your experience worthwhile. I was waiting for he fajita veggies, which wasnt a problem because theyre awesome, and they gave me my meal for free because of the wait. 5/5 every time.

Up until recently I would have given them a 5 star...but something has changed. They used to be generous with their portions but theyve been super skimpy the last couple of months. Boss trying to save money? Update: every time I get the chips they are stale!
