I recently did my usual carry out with mostly fried shrimp and as I was going home to eat I decided to eat one and noticed it was a little stale like. Then I ate another one giving it a benefit of a doubt, yet still stale. So I turned around to make a complaint. Seeing the look on the guys face even before speaking I knew he had a summarized argument ready to deliver. He then said will its been about 30 minutes since you left out and the weather outside is hot so that couldve made it stale. I immediately told him that Im not stupid and I knew the difference between old and freshly made food. Then another girl came up trying to make the same argument which did not persuade me a bit. All in all I got half of the money back and kept the remaining part of the food. I dont like the fact that they were trying to play me for a fool. I will no longer be going there neither will I recommend this place for anyone I know. Only went there because of the distance convnience.Very bad customer service and poorly made food.

Sooo I just went to dinner with Ashley Archey & my experience with this place was one needed recognition. I got my food, sat down, began eating when I found a white round worm on my chicken! the chicken was gray and didnt look fresh to say the least. I honestly believe it was old chicken in the back being recooked over and over. We politely asked the waitress to get a manager. She came over and was already defensive. I explained my concerns quietly so nobody else would become upset. She took my plate in the back and came out about 5 mins later & said " we all tried the food from your exact plate and it was just fine, so I cant give you a refund, it was good food" Im literally disgusted they Ate off my plate & argued the fact it was good or not good with me.. I will NEVER go to this place again, the need to be checked for health violations. If they think its okay to eat after people what does that say about the food youre eating here..? Previously we have been very satisfied here. The last two times we have had trouble with them not putting more meat on the grill bar. Today I ask for more shrimp to be put out twice and was ignored or not heard by a woman making sushi and EATING the ingredients while doing so. So I walked down just in case she didnt hear me and politely asked again. Nothing. I waited again and finally decided to walk away.when a man walked out my husband again requested it and he got it. The previous time they never did bring it. The regular part of the buffet is pretty good. Also if you come in before they change to dinner you are not allowed to have certain foods, coconut shrimp was on the lunch buffet when it ran out they didnt refill it until 4:00 and marked it dinner only. Doesnt make sense to me.

The service is very bad. They take your plate right off the table and dont ask is you are finished. Yes, while your back is turned. Watch out for illegal charges added to your bill. They add gratitity charged and dont tell you. I went around the room and discover that they was doing this to mostly African-American peoples. There was only two peoples on my bill and they add an additional charge. (Gratitity). Because I was talking to some other people in front of me. And they said, you all together. And will argue with you and said, you only pay for 11 pops and not 12. They didnt bring us any silverware. And they look for you to tips them again after they had illegal took gratitity charger off your card, when you first walk in.

The customer service at this place is appalling (I have seriously been treated better at the Secretary of state). I am not sure what the hostesses/cashier problem was but she was incredible rude. Maybe her dream of flipping burgers fell through, or maybe she is just an eternal *unt (rhymes with runt)I will never know. So do yourself a favor and go someplace else where they at least understand the concept of customer service. *Edit* Please update the name of this place to "North Korean Hibachi Grill and Buffet" and provide the hostess with a Kim Jong outfit. I will pay for the haircut. That way future customers would know what to expect when they walk in and wont be blindsided like I was.

Well for $35 (2adult buffet and 1child) what a annoying experience. Told them we wanted 1adult drink and 1child, and 1water. Also had a online coupon for $4 off. Said we have to get two adult drinks to use it, then rang us up and told us AFTER we paid that the coupon isnt valid unless its printed out. OK whatever. Well went to get some hibachi...and was disappointed. Cook was more worried about cutting sushi then cooking the food. So ended up with fried rice that had a barely sliced egg, terrible "steak" and hard veggies. Second rough experience here and not going back. Waste of time, money and patience.

Had a great time! Loved the food, except the flan :( The waiter was ON POINT!! As soon as my plate was empty this dude swooped in and took it like an eagle takes a mouse. If youre not done eating just let him know youre taking a break while you talk, despite how your plate looks. Hell keep it moving and go on to the next table. We ended up staying late and felt no rush at all to be forced to leave, so that was a treat. Thanks for the experience, I will definitely be back. We use to like the place until we ate there back on 12/1/ 2015 for dinner and i found HAIR in my food . We told the manager and all she could say to us was ewww and i dont know and walked away . There was a BUG yes you read that right in my boyfriends Salad that he was eating until he felt something moving in his mouth and spit it out the booth number 95 we sat at was broken on his side and he almost fell through it . So no we wont be going back there any time soon .

Food is great! The host is really nice! She even complemented my nails. My cup never empty and table stayed clear of finished plates. Tons of sushi selections. $55 after tax for 2 adults, a 6yrs old, and twins 5yrs old. Idk if that was a bit high but besides that YUMMY. Different ice creams but you scoop them yourself and put the scooper back in old icecream filled water in a little tub. If youre fearful of others germ you might not like that one! I plan on being there for mothers day.

I have been eating here for 2 years. They have typical chinese buffet fair and atypical fair which is fun. Nice sushi bar, love the make your own stir fry component, also they are very economical. They replinish often so good is always hot, but they dont overwhelm you with quantity so it goes fast! I wouldnt get carryout from a buffet so I cant comment but I have brought many family members for various occasions and they all have LOVED IT.
