My son and I each had a roll. I added on a soft drink and a salad. Total bill high 30s. Nothing wrong with the food but nothing outstanding either. I had the rainbow roll and I found the jalapeño in it overpowering. My sons roll was really small. I work in the area and the tap water was clearly just that - straight out of the tap. Has the same bad taste as the unfiltered water in the office. Yes it is free but that doesnt mean it has to taste bad. The problem is that the coke probably is not filtered either and I AM paying for that. I found the atmosphere depressing. Dark blue everywhere. Walls ceiling booth chairs carpet . what wasnt dark blue was black. Limited lighting. We were there for lunch. Perhaps in the evening it would have a better vibe. Maybe I am too accustomed to expecting sushi restaurants to have more of an Asian theme. Everything was clean. Service was friendly if a bit lacking in attentiveness. My soft drink took 10 minutes to appear. I received a refill promptly but once the check was paid wasnt offered another refill. I suppose it is on me to request a refill at the end. Food took a long time to come out. We were one of two tables with patrons. I think this place could be more appealing with some simple changes. I am enough of a sushi lover that I would go back as long as someone else is picking up the tab.

I have to disagree with brads review. I found the setting great. No gimmicks here with flashy cooks or waitresses wearing short skirts. This place is legit. I see where some people could complain about the portion sizes, but thats probably because they go to gimmicky places like naked chopstix. Where youre paying for fish thats probably not even labeled correctly. The two rolls we tried were amazing in flavor which made up for the smaller portion sizes. The price was fair for the level of sushi youre getting. If you want buffet try some other places. Rolls I recommend Firecracker and the appleblossom. Service was good, food was at least a 9/10 on flavor, price was that of a 4 or 5 star place which this is. Ill be returning for sure. Quick facts the sushi chef has been making sushi for 35 years and all their sauces are made in house. That was what makes the rolls Pop. Sorry if you had a bad experience Brad but I cant say I did. If judging a sushi place based on its quality of coco cola products is your standard , then perhaps we should skip your reveiews all together. L8er

This place is fairly new and deserves your money. Im a big fan of sushi and got lured in here with a discount from work. From the upscale, classy atmosphere i figured i was going to break the bank on their food. But no, theyre incredibly competitive with their pricing. And then the food comes out. Oh my! Ive never had more delicious and splendidly presented sushi in all of Indianapolis or Carmel. This place was so good that i took coworkers back for lunch, and then my family for dinner the next day. The staff is incredible, the sushi is mouth watering (my personal favorite being the Kazan roll), and the entire place is clean and fresh. Next time youre in the mood for sushi, go straight to Miracle.

Terrible pricing for plates that really only have 3 bites of food. Also, no non-seafood plates unless youre a child. So if you hate seafood like me and want meat, go elsewhere because they dont accommodate unless youre young enough to order from the kids menu. Sorry I visited your restaurant with the wife who likes seafood and got trapped with your high priced mini-portions. Too bad you couldnt offer me anything unless I was a child. Thats a bad business model because instead of taking my money for meat, I had to go to a competitor next door who doesnt age discriminate.

Sushi was over priced and not impressive. The spicy tuna was average at best and the shrimp tempura was soaked in eel sauce and that was all that could be tasted. The dumplings were tiny and average, we had the fried beef version and it is not recommendation worthy. For the price the value is not what it should be. Competitors in the area offer soup and salad with a sushi meal, not here. Miracle was also more expensive than competitors. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of one is because nothing was bad, but nothing was very good either.

I have been to Miracle twice for sushi and salad. The salad was ok, but was not worth the $6. The sushi is expensive for the quality and quantity received. I eat sushi all over, and you can find 10 places on the north side that have better quality and better prices. Finally, they dont have any lunch sushi combo specials in the $10-15 range, so if you want sushi for lunch, expect to pay $25+.

Our experience did not meet our expectations. The food looked pretty but lacked in the taste department. I sent my coconut Curry soup back because it tasted like salt had been dumped in. My pad Thai was very dry. My daughters rice was hard and dry. Not someplace we would go to again. Maybe if we had gotten sushi it would have been better.

Quality food and service. The standard sushi rolls are on the higher end of quality and the dishes are unique enough to come back for. We started going there when we had a new toddler, and they took it on their self to make kid friendly noodle dishes that were off menu and still quality, not normal kids noodles and butter.

This is our favorite sushi place. Sean, the owner and host is awesome. His father is the sushi chef and has been doing it for 40 yrs or some such. His rolls are awesome and the fish is always the highest quality. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Its a great looking restaurant too.

The sushi was so unique and delicious! We also loved the crab rangoon and the salted caramel apple dessert! The service was incredible!! The owner came out to check on us and even offered to make us a special bourbon drink when he was out of the pomegranate liquor... best drink of the night!

Best place on Indy to get sushi. Super fresh and a good variety of different rolls. Super friendly and attentstive staff and chefs are always welcoming. Favorites are the miracle and apple blossom roll. A little more expensive than other places in Indy but worth it!

Were from coastal CA and have a high standard for sushi restaurants. We stumbled upon Miracle on way home from airport and are so pleased. Comfortable and hip environment. High quality food and rolls. Full bar and attentive service. Delighted.

Amazing. We were lucky enough to have a chefs tasting that included ginger-pear amuse bouche, cilantro jalapeño apple sushi, melt-in-your-mouth braised short ribs with wasabi mashed potatoes - easily the best Asian fusion in central Indiana.

Mostly good food, my Rainbow roll however was made with very hard old rice. There were small portion sizes and they dont offer soup or salad included in the already somewhat high prices. Service was alright, not great.
