Went to this location on the 1st of 2015, They did get us in even though it was semi packed fairly quickly. Seemed slammed so we tried not asking for to much at our table. The bus boy got us our drinks, The waitress got us our food. Everything seemed amazing at this point she even told my friend they they would switch out the 3 pancakes included in the meal out for french toast with no up charge. Then the food came, the food was great but he only got 1 piece of french toast... I had ordered a side of sausages links that I never got and asked for them the two times she came to the table. The first time she came to the table was to give us our food, the second time was to give us ketchup and jelly 5 minutes after getting our food. they were not packed at this point at all. She kept chatting with a group of people that we can only assume she must have known, not once but multiple times she sat there and talked with them for up to 5 minutes at a time. Not one refill on our drinks, i went empty halfway through and had to finish pancakes that was not so fun, we did try and ask for refills the second time she was there but halfway through asking her she walked away to her friends. Then we noticed other people she was *servicing* were getting frustrated also even asked to talk to the manager. At this point we just wanted to get out of there so we ate our food quickly to go and pay, while we were paying we asked the service manager if they were understaffed, usually when you ask a question like this the person asking usually had an issue of some sort. He replies with "Nope, were just busy..." never eating here again horrible experience. P.S the bus boy and Manager here that were slaving food in the kitchen were great.

First timer- had avoided for years because of menu. Thought Id give it a try with someone who likes it. Service was excellent. Couldnt help but notice her clothes were soiled from the shift though. Her efficiency and attention to us overcame that and I tipped generously. We had the 2 for 20. Good value compared to single menu items which were pricey. Menu seemed limited for dinner. Lots of breakfast and sandwiches items. Typical American fried stuff with a small smattering of wanna-be healthier items. I chose a bunless cheeseburger with Tomato Basil soup. Soup was ok. I thought the burger would be too but I was still having repeat in the morning...not a common thing for me as a clean eater. All in all, My dining partner had the Chicken fried steak and one taste steered me away from that -salty! Perkins fills a niche for people who still want high-sodium and white bread American fare. Ill try it again when I hear theyre serving healthier items.

We had dinner here late last night, got there around quarter to 10. We were one of about 6 tables in the whole restauraunt. We were served our drinks almost immediately, and told to "say hey" when we were ready to order. It was very laid back and nice in there. Food didnt take long at all, I got the southwest avocado salad and my man got the chicken strips melt. Everything was delicious, and the server Nicole was very kind and attentive to us. She noticed right away if our drinks were getting low and was polite. All in all it was a great experience and I would visit this location again! I know how frustrating the service industry can be so its always impressive when everyone maintains their composure c:

between the manager Gail and the server Shannon absolutely ridiculous! They way so called management works in this location, how unfair employees and guest are treated I will make it my business to let everyone know this place doesnt deserve to be open. They need a serious "corporate" "CEO or anyone that is above all of those unprofessional so called workers to come and replace them! The way employees get treated is enough for me and hopefully everyone else to stand up for themselves and contact the Better Business Bureau and an attorney if needed!!!! Shame on them

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Table service was fast and courteous. However, checkout was a poor experience. Young man answered the phone while I was standing in line to check out. He proceeded to take an entire phone order while I waited. Managers should teach inexperienced workers how to prioritize. Paying customers standing in front of you should always come first. Put the caller on hold and call for someone else to assist. Plenty of people were on staff at that time.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on our travels from Fort Myers back to Port Charlotte. We were astonished at the service from both Heather and her manager. Both of them smiled throughout our visit. The food came out piping hot and it was delicious. We were so glad we chose this restaurant to stop in at. We left there full and satisfied. Thanks to all of the staff at Perkins Restaurant in North Fort Myers for providing us with outstanding customer service.

The service was ok, the food was good was nothing to rave about, and they should check the utensils to make sure they are clean. My knife had dry food on it, and my coffee cup had dry food and lipstick all over it which I had to wait for clean set and my husbands fork had dry food on it. We would not go back to this place to eat again, too sloppy.

Restaurant empty yet slow service. Bacon not served crisp as requested and scant amount (2 halves of a strip, pathetic). Runny eggs, stale French Toast. Bitter coffee. Waffle House wins with better coffee, higher quality, fresh food and better price, served the way you want it. Good-Bye Perkins.

Food wasnt very good this morning for hubby. Although they didnt charge him for it. Mine was fine. Waitress and manager were very nice...it happens cook was off. English muffin hard and avocado was hard. They were after, telling customers they are to hard to serve.

Food was delicious as always. The servers seem to forget about you once they bring the bill. I told them we were gonna sit for a few minutes because my daughter wanted to finish her coffe and i did not get a refill of my drink that was empty.

Friendly and prompt service. 4 out of 5 in our party were mildly disappointed with the taste and quality of the food and one of those ordered a breakfast meal at dinner time. The tilapia was the best enjoyed of the 5 meals ordered.

I cant believe Perkins removed a classic item from its menu, the "turkey club", I instead ordered the turkey, guacamole, bacon sandwich, what a disappointment. What are you thinking Perkins, guess Ill have to go to Dennys.

Slow service, rude (really rude) waitress, over priced breakfast items (like pancakes), but food was good and a few neighboring tables seemed to have good service from a different waitress.

Service was so slow. We had to wait so long just for the appetizer of chicken wings. Then there was quite a wait just for our orders and then I had to remind the wait person for my fruit.
