3 and a half, but since we cant get half stars.. and I would rather err on the side of caution, its getting a 3. I wouldve loved to give this place a higher review, because there really arent many good places to go for brunch in Fairfield County. Maybe Im spoiled after living in Boston for 10 years. Ill start with the good things- its a cute place, nice decor, feels warm and homey. The Coffee was great. The gluten free donut bites were soft and delicious, without having any off flavors caused by the need for unusual flours. Service was just OK. We were left to fend for ourselves for a while when we couldve used coffee refills, but the food came pretty quickly and the server was friendly. Now the not so great- Duck hash barely had any duck. It was mostly cold, undercooked sweet potato cubes. Very disappointing. The Omelette (english rolled eggs i think it was called) was under-seasoned and lukewarm. For a place with such a promising menu, they need to deliver on a higher level to be worth another visit. Real shame because those donut bites are amazing. Maybe next year.

This place was quite a find. Beautiful inside and the breakfast was awesome! Definitely need to go back and try dinner too. I had an omelet with homemade tomato "jam" that was seriously divine and iced tea that was quite incredible from a famous local place. We loved everything about sugar and olives and had to take a moment and leave a review.

The food tasted absolutely divine and I felt so good about it, because its all local, organic, goodness. Talented chef, carefully curated (and highly-conscious) menu, incredible service, super accommodating and friendly waitstaff... the list goes on. So impressed with this find! Its like a hidden gem!

Great place . Went for celebratory brunch today. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed the delicious food. Both vegans and omnivores found plenty of well prepared fresh locally sourced choices. Service was great too. Will definitely be back.

I am always greeted with the genuine cheer and seated within a reasonable time even when bustling. The vibe is crisp and clean and inviting. The food is local, organic and perfectly presented. Always worth the trip!

Horrible service. Showed up Sunday morning and they told me to come back in a half hour because they were understaffed. Terrible customer service. Will never go back not suggest it to anyone.

Unpretentious and great food! My wife had the trout, I had the lamb stew, both best weve ever tasted anywhere.
