I have to say I LOVE EINSTEINS, But I dont like this location. Its been poor service here for about a year now at least. I am a 3 - 4 time a week Einstein visiter throughout Denver as I drive a lot for work but this location always disappoints me . . . and the other customers I see while I am there. Ive been to this specific location probably 15+ times and the majority of the time there are problems. I keep going hoping that management will change or they will improve (and sometimes its the only one I can go to because of work) but it has yet to get better. Some Examples (My last 2 visits): My last visit about a week ago I ordered a bagel with some toppings and NOT toasted. I ended up getting a burnt bagel with no toppings. When they redid it the second time it was the wrong type of bagel. 3rd time however was a charm and I enjoyed it. About a month ago I was here and ordered a turkey sandwich with no onions. It took quite a while to get it and as I started eating it I realized that there was no turkey or sauce on it and only onions and lettuce. They did end up putting turkey on it for me but I didnt go back a 3rd time for the sauce they forgot again because I was too hungry. The truth is while I am there I usually (literally almost every time) hear other customers complaining about the wrong orders or some type of mistakes they have made. The employees here are usually nice and correct their mistakes without a problem but I just dont think they give a $#!% or care to try. Or maybe its just that Colorado 420 attitude, IDK.

We love Einsteins and go to this location several times a week. However, today when we went in, I walked in, wasnt acknowledged by the staff. Stood at a register for a good minute, which would have been fine, but people came in behind me, and went to another register, and were served before me. Then a group of people came in right behind them and formed a line. Not one member of staff even acknowledged me the entire time. I just left and I will never go to that location again because of my experience today. The staff is completely oblivious.

Something is changing at this location, not for the better. The staff are more involved in their personal chit-chat than in the customers standing and waiting. By the way, WE CAN HEAR YOU! So when the staff is discussing some "delicious woman" rather than making food, it can be upsetting. Further, the disrespectful conversation itself is off putting. I am not asking for much, just a less than twenty minute wait when there are so few customers in line.

Have to agree with other reviewers. Its our local, but each time we have gone, we try to ignore mediocre service and incorrectly filled orders. The last time I went, 2 pm ish, mid-week, it was actually okay. One employee even went out of his way to give me a nice greeting. We have resorted to going to the one a bit farther away in old town Arvada. More crowded...but the employees are mint.

The Nova lox and bagel are fantastic. However orders do take a surprisingly long time for cutting a bagel and smearing it with cream cheese. Once they forgot my order I had to ask for it. I checked it and was missing half. Once isnt bad, unless youve only been there three times. I would return and they have some darn good coffee and I enjoy their cream cheese smears.

Your staff is really friendly, :-) & the service is wonderful....because it comes with a great smile, specially those three charming ladies, BreAunna, Dee & I believe her name is Becky....oh I cant forget your new guy, Daniel? He is putting out some great salads!! Overall this Einsteins is the best kept one around!! I give yall 5***** stars ;-)

They forgot to put spinach on the "spinach bacon egg panini", really skimped on the capers on the Nova Lox (about 5 capers total) and to top it off the coffee was old. We also noticed that they tried to sell the lady in front of us a half full cup of latte. Better quality should be provided especially for a $16 dollar breakfast.

They are not like other Einsteins. They are slow and inefficient during a rush. New crew and old crew has the same problem. Everyone tries do to everything. Dear god its a franchise pull out the hand book and read it. Its not that hard to form a line for cooking everything when you got 5 people standing there.

Horrible service!!!!! I ordered a bagel and waited 15 minutes for no one to make it. There were people sitting around on their phones. Not one person cared and I was in the wrong for asking for my money back. This happened today 12/12/17 around 10am. Ruined my morning. All I wanted was a bagel. You guys suck!

They dont carry any more of the little bagel bites....JUST when I was starting to like them as my regular. Cute spot, nice to sit and work - staff can sometimes be a little too loud with their disagreements training issue.

I like the food here, however it is way overpriced! Two breakfast bagels cost me over $14.00. I can make my own for half the price! The service is also really slow here. The staff is ok, depending on which day you go in.

They never have anything on their menu available. They are always crowded and usually only 1 person working the register. They get orders wrong. Nice sized location and interior but it is never a pleasant experience.
