Absolutely horrible service. The customer service at this sonic as well as the quality of the food has been deminishing rapidly over the last few months. It is rediculous we have called and talked to several people and it just continues to get worse. I was in the process of ordering ice tea and asked if it was fresh I was told" honestly it has been sitting for 21/2 to 3 hours I asked if they would make fresh and I was told no it has to sit there up to four hours before they can make fresh." ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS.....just so you know the sonic I am refering to is on Mesa Ridge parkway in Colorado Springs, Co so here we are again at sonic trying to get drinks and a hotdog,again I must say having to scream at the monitor several times just to get them to hear our order is ridiculous have spoken to the manager about this issue but all we ever get is I am sorry we will work on it.the Sonics In coloradosprings and fountain customer service has been going down hill several months. I called the district manager and he didnt return my call,Hmmm guess we now why the customer service is failing in the stores.

Wow, even for unskilled labor the inadequate and poor service offered at this branch is horrible. I stopped by for happy hour today with my family and grandchildren. The drive through order taker couldnt get the order right so she sent another employee out to take our order at the car, he stated the young lady on the headset couldnt hear us. I ordered 5 drinks all different and the young man said he understood. 5 minutes passed and no one would reply to my hails to have the order repeated. I drove to the window. After a couple minutes more the young lady opened the window and asked if we had ordered, I said we had. She closed the window. I saw the young man who took my order at the car walk into the restaurant from a parked car and talk to the young lady at the window. She opened the window with a slip of paper and pen and asked me for my order. Exasperated at this colossal fiasco I drove off. We went to the sonic in Security and got exactly what we wanted in 1 try without mistake and in a speedy and friendly manner. This is an obvious training and management issue, youve lost my business.

After I put in my order I sat for 20 min waiting for my food. I would have driven away but I had already paid using the card reader at the stall. When my food was brought out to me the carhop apologized for the wait the shake was overly melted. The carhop tried to get me to run my card again for nearly twice the ticket price. I insisted that I would not run my card again and he finally went to another stall and found that I had indeed already paid. This is by far the worst Sonic that I have been to and this evening is the worst experience that I have had there. I asked to speak top the manager and informed them that I thought the system must be having some problems and that I would maintain my receipt to dispute any erroneous charges. I got home realized that my burger was also not made as ordered.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Went there a month ago and it took 30 minutes for two drinks through the drivethrough. Decided to give it another try tonight and went to a stall. 45 mins LATER, still no drinks. Finally went to the window where a friendly girl said she would fix the issue. We waited, at the window, for another 15 minutes. At this point we have waited an hour for 4 drinks. Another lady comes over and asks us if we want a drink carrier. We say yes. Another 5 minutes passes and we finally get our drinks and drive away. No discount. No apologies. One hour and $22 later, we are home with our drinks and realize that we recieved the wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont go to this Sonics unless you want to waste your life away waiting for someone elses order at full price.

Despite the order boards occasionally not able to use credit cards, the staff is wonderful about getting what you are wanting. Even if it isnt a menu item. March is my favorite time of year and i get shamrock shakes all month long when possible. However, last year I was sick most of the month and the mc Donalds I went to wasnt serving them for some reason. For three months I was feining for a mint or chocolate mint shake. Since we live right here by sonic we are here frequently so I decided one trip to ask them if they had any kind of mint shakes. Sadly I was told no they didnt carry any on the menu BUT if I let them know what kind of mint shake Id like they would MAKE it for me! Im in heaven. Now I can get my mint shakes all year long and they taste way way better then McDonalds

I try... time after time... after time... always giving them the benifit of the doubt. I eben waited a couple months thinking "maybe they have a new group of hires. Maybe itll be alright." Only to be proven wrong. Im always waiting at LEAST 15 minutes for 2 simple slushies. MULTIPLE times. We went today because my girlfriend wanted a breakfast burrito before we went to the movies. A HALF HOUR we waited in the stall while around 10 cars went through the drive thru. Every time we go we see 5-15 cars go through drive through before getting our 2 drinks. (Thats all we usually go for).

Honestly if I could give a no star review I would. Several times I have gone to this sonic around 11:30 at night and they are closed and no employees to be found or their cars. I have even been in the process of pulling up at this time and as I get to the drive in order thing they cut the lights on me. If they are not going to stay loyal to there posted hours of 1am then they are not deserving of business. So if your looking for a late night anything from this sonic dont bother they will be closed.

I went yesterday around 1:30PM and got two chili cheese coneys, tots, one Coke, an Oreo Blast, a Butterfinger Blast, a cherry slushy, and a hot dog kids meal with tots and a chocolate milk. Getting our food took about an hour at a stall. My daughter is now sick with food poisoning. I tried calling to report the illness, but their line was busy. So I called El Paso Health and reported the illness to them. I will not be returning.

I gave them 1 star, only because theyre open, and Google wouldnt allow negative stars. I have never had a positive experience here at this location AT ALL. Wish I could say I did, but no. Cold food, incomplete orders, advertisement of product but no product there. If you want good Sonic food, go to the Security location. Professional people here, not just a bunch of kids lead by poor management.

I wish there was a way to give half star, Im sitting here waiting for them to bring me the rt44 sweet tea I ordered, they brought me a drink and my receipt that said tea but the drink was a sprite with fruit flavor. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for my rt44 sweet tea with lite ice, I bet it comes out with a cup full of ice and 4 Oz of tea if they havent forgotten about me.
