We stopped here for a light breakfast and enjoyed everything that we got. I ordered a chocolate, almond croissant and we split a hot chocolate. I thought both were very good, and I definitely enjoyed eating them. I had read others reviews about the staff being snooty, but I didnt experience that at all. The croissant was small, but delicious. It definitely was fresh and had some really european flavors to it that I enjoyed. The hot chocolate was liquidy and rich. I loved how creamy it was and that they added whipped cream. It definitely made for a good breakfast drink, but I still think that the Palo Alto hot chocolate at Moniques takes the cake. Overall, if you are in Los Gatos, this place makes for a great light breakfast and makes you feel oh so European. :)

This is a cafe with realistic French patisserie atmosphere. The breakfast selection outside of pastries is not extensive, but the sandwich we had was tasty. The croissants here taste better than those of nearby Manresa Bread (the other place I love). But they are still a bit too stiff and dry on the inside compared to a good croissant in France. More butter! ☺ The pastry and cake selection is amazing, and prices even if higher than normal, are reasonable for the quality you get. The service was very very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Lindsey. We appreciated the nicely decorated takeout box.

If you have never had a real croissant before, then you must run here! Everything from plain, chocolate, cheese, and sometimes (seasonal) raspberry, pear, and apple are offered at this quaint bakery in downtown Los Gatos. Some varieties are also offered in mini versions, so you can taste a variety. To my delight, the pastries are not overly sweetened. Some of my favorites - the intoxicating (literally) eclairs and mille-feuille, swan cream puffs, Tarte Normande, Fleur de Cocoa, and strawberry cream pastry (forget the name, but only offered in the Summer).

When you want a real, authentic, buttery, flaky and slightly crispy-crust croissant, come here! And they have a wonderful Earl Grey tea they serve by the pot - let it steep and throw in a dash of cream - Super Good! We also buy their adorable little gold foil boxes that look like mini lunch pails and have them filled with 3 of their handmade chocolates, which they tie at the top with a little cocoa-colored ribbon and their signature Fleur De Cocoa sticker - Adorable giftie!!

Jai commandé 3 gâteaux pour 10/12 personnes chacun mais en fin de compte ils étaient tout petits. Ils étaient pour 6/8 maximum. Ils étaient bons mais au vu de la taille le prix était exorbitant. Je ny retournerais pas

I love their most of their pastries, specially the flaky pain au chocolat. But they are on the pricey side. Nothing beats their hot chocolate on a chilly, winter day, though. One more thing: it gets super crowded in the morning. If youre lucky enough to get street parking, you may not be as lucky getting a table. Most of the time I end up eating my breakfast in the car or at an outdoor bench nearby.

Im from Europe and this place serves certainly authentic French pastries. They put a lot of love and passion in decorating their cakes nicely with a lot of attention to detail. I love how their pastries are not too sweet and seem mostly free from enhanced flavoring ingredients. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great vibes here.

If you like chocolate you should try the cake Flour the Cacao! Excellent. The ice tea was regular but the cake was like a bomb! Hehe. The place is a little bit small but we have not problem because many people buy and take away. The cakes are around 7-8$

An elegant French-inspired chocolatier and coffee house offering only the finest authentic confections, pastries and lunch plates. The quality of Fleur De Cocoas offerings is unsurpassed in the South Bay. Extra points for partnering with Verve Coffee.

Espresso was good quality, but the beans were toasted the American way, which my Italian family didnt like. The Cannelli were excellent, the inside melted in the mouth: brought good memory of a trip to Bordeaux.

The cheese croissant and mini chocolate croissants on point. So delicious! Only problem is they are far too small for the price. I feel like they have shrunk. Anyways...too expensive for me to eat often.

We had a little chocolate tart and a little cake. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. Tasty, too. A little pricey, but amazing. They are closed quite a bit of the time, too. I recommend coming here.

Just had a coffee. Lots of great stuff to order. French onion soup looked good. Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Small location, so it might be hard to grab a table during busy times.

Got a mini Salango cake (dark chocolate/almond) and really enjoyed it. Although my sister tried some and wasnt impressed. We also got some of their mini croissants, and my mom liked them.

True French style pastry, not too sweet and well done. The passion fruit, royal, 5th Avenue, Red & Black and few of my favorite pastries. The Nicoise tuna sandwich is also very good.

Nice little French patisserie. Good real hot chocolate, nice croissants. If you like canelé, they do them very well, without the beeswax coating many places use.

Hmm where do I begin? French onion soup, hot chocolate (the legit kind), baguette, croissant, truffles... little gem that makes you feel like you are in France!
