DISCLAIMER: I am not one of those hootin and hollerin types that goes to sports bars and drinks a lot of beer and orders wings by the dozen while shouting at a TV. So, I came here wanting to see what all the fuss was about. Met my friend here for happy hour. They feature $3 Absolut mixes - meaning you can get Absolut with any mixer. That is what I stuck with, at least. They dont have wings on their happy hour menu though, which is why I came here in the first place! Other items on the happy hour included onion rings - which are made fresh, mini corn dogs, and other non-health foods. In the bar area, it was LOUD. Granted, that Lin dude was playing basketball, but it was starting to give me a headache. So we moved to the dining area, which was slightly quieter and had more families. The ambiance itself is like one giant room split up by the bar. There are polished concrete floors, plastic seating and TONS of flatscreens. I think I counted (including the outside) around 57 or so. I did end up getting the wings - yes they were good, but not orgasmic good. Granted, Im not a wing connoiseur, but I didnt get the appeal. They come with celery sticks and carrot sticks, a great way to counteract the fries that come with the wings. Both servers we had in the bar area and dining area were on their game (may as well use sports terms). Fast, friendly, focused on the customers, and if I had any questions would make sure they got answered. I ended up not watching sports and playing their trivial game. You can play against other customers at their Roseville and Vacaville locations. I got first place! I wish I won a prize or something - a free beer wouldve been nice! - but it was still fun.

In general, being right on Sunrise and Greenback, residents are hard pressed to find a well stocked bar that brings together good service, lively atmosphere and an established dependable kitchen, yet the folks here do quite a fair job of upholding this chains name. Being a service employee for years, hospitality is fairly pivotal in my opinion of bars/restaurants. Here, wait staff and bartenders move with a sense of purpose but dont make guests feel like a bother for merely ordering. Bartenders are knowledgeable but volunteer to look up drinks if they need to, instead of hitting any awkward dead ends. Beers and margaritas were enough for us. The latter were mixed well and done up in a flash. Foods were well on-par with average bar&grill quality, which is a step up from plenty dingy bar kitchens; whats more, with kitchens open and kept busy through late night, food was also out in a flash, which really means that much more to patrons when theyve been drinking and get peckish. In general, the music is loud but lively; the staff are welcoming and do decent upkeep on the whole picture of the place, and the restrooms, glasses and bar stools are all in superb condition every time I stop by. Being a chain and nothing monumentally groundbreaking or unique, its not really a place I would write home about, yet it certainly is great location within its name and one of the few good bars right on the intersection!

Worst service Ive ever had at any business anywhere in my entire life. The DMV has better customer service than BWW in Citrus Heights. We were told twice that we had a 30 minute wait for a table... we stood out side for a hour and twenty minutes before finally being seated. The waitresses will literally walk in circles around the dining floor to avoid passing their tables after they take their initial order. Additionally, they are catty and short with female customers and will literally sit down with and flirt with a table of men for minutes at a time while their tables go unattended. The kitchen took an hour and twenty minutes to cook our food which was cold. The most frustrating part is that their kitchen doesnt even cook 90% of what they serve. Other than the produce the food they serve is frozen and simply heated before being served.

Came here with a girlfriend hoping for a fun night out.upon arrival we were not greeeted or even sat down until 15mins in and that should have been our cue to leave but we still gave it a shot.once seated our server didnt come back to get drink orders until nearly 10mins later but frequently visited a table right behind us with older, higher paying adults. Then to our surprise the server webt outside to hangout with his friends for anotger 20mins.After finally ordering we waited 1 hour and 15 mins for our food mind you it was not busy at all..... we ended up leaving and walking away completely. I felt bad for the one manager non stop answering complaints on the way out.he seemed to be the only one working.will not EVER visit again and encourage others not to either.

My family and I love Buffalo Wild Wings now. We had been here once before, but years ago. We didnt really like it, so we never came back. But one day, we gave it another shot due to convenience (open late). Honestly, the food was about the same, but what really sold us was our server, Elizabeth. Her bubbly personality & product knowledge were a couple of the only reasons we decided to come back. Now we go to BWW 3-4 times a month. We might have a small problem... But its nice having a server who knows whats what! Youd be surprised how many servers elsewhere know less than the ad with a font size of 72 right in front of their face.

We went for my hubbys birthday so he could watch the As playoff game. Ordered a chicken salad, said it was balsamic dressing, but it was Italian straight from the bottle and I was told that is their "balsamic". Saw one of the waitresses stand at the hostess table, take her pony tail down, re-do her ponytail and then go right to a table and serve them. My salad came with pre-packaged sugared walnuts and they were expired by a week. When I pointed it out to my server, she apologized, but did they comp us anything, NO. No tip for you! Not one dish cleared the whole meal until the end when they dropped the check. Horrible service.

Service was bad, long wait time for food, didnt get checked on that much if at all. My drivers license from Arizona didnt pass a visual test. Then I presented my state I.D, which is a" red flag". Well I am from Arizona were having both I.Ds are required to have and or acceptable. Love how when I asked for the manger my server completely ignored me. I ordered two things only got one thing and was given the check. As I was leaving couldnt help but see a group or employees talking and As I walked out; you could a pen drop. They all got silent. By the way I went to bww in Az and my I.D was taken, no questions.

My first time in this location, and theres a server named Cody, I loved his service, it reminded me of Europe, where the servers are rather relaxed, make you feel comfortable and are NOT on top of you hurrying you to pay and get out. I will definitely go back to the location in Citrus Heights and request that he serves our table again. Customers Service is super important for me, but of course the wings that he recommended were delicious!!! Awesome mozzarella sticks as well. IAnd they have tablets for children to play, so smart!
