Okay so yesterday i went out with a group of friends and after the movies we decided to go to Olive Garden, keep in mind it was around 9:25 and I always had nothing but amazing service & food from Olive Garden. So we go and we order food, right away the service was slow and there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. Then we get our breadsticks that were completely hard and cold, unfortunately my chicken and Oki soup was also cold as well following with the tea my friend got (she had a sore throat and everything being so cold didnt help at all). They ran out of fettuccine and my chicken (from my order of tour of Italy) was gross and cold. So overall it was a disappointment and i wish no one will go through this experience like it did. Being almost closing time isnt an excuse either, for then, it would be unfair for those costumers who like having a late dinner.

Food great bartender obnoxious ! Surely wish I had brought earplugs. Couldnt hear the music over stories of how drunk the bartender got last week and how she was going to mexico soon and was "totally ready to get stupid drunk." Unfortunately it didnt end there. I also learned how when she was sixteen she went on a cruise and they "totally pushed drinks" on her but she didnt get "too drunk" because she was being responsible and was SO READY for mexico....This went on for my wine, my appetizers, and my entire meal. My family that flew in from another country was "glad she couldnt understand english very well.".....Thanks for ruinin the evening. On a positive note the chef was fantastic and our waiter was also extremely attentive!

I walked in ask how long the wait would be; I was told 15-20 minutes, I asked to put my name in. I made sure we would be called if we waited outside and I was told absolutely. We walked back in 25 minutes and were asked how many in our party, I stated our party name and got a shocked look and told "where were you guys? We looked for you" I stated we were right outside the door. The hostesses and the manager whispered back and forth, and told with a far bit of attitude we looked for you and no one was outside. NO MEMBER OF THE STAFF WALKED OUTSIDE TO CHECK! After, that conservation they sat 4 to 5 parties before us. This isnt the first this has happened to us at this restaurant!

Typical Olive Garden. Their prices are so expensive for what you get, I think theres better Italian in Chico for same price or cheaper. Now I can buy the salad dressing at the grocery store and make my own zuppa toscana, we dont really visit this place often. The food is still good, and they have recently remodeled. I was in a rush and got a pickup order today. Everything was tasty and the order was ready when I got there.

Got "Tour of Italy" and Salad to share with my husband. Also ordered bread sticks. Was disappointed when I got home to only find 2. (Hoping for 4...would have paid more) salad was wilted. But other food was good. We paid with a gift card we received for Christmas, so no money out of pocket. But it was a bit disappointing.

Never a disappointment. The owner is a true , and I adore him. The service is top notch, food is excellent and service is always prompt. Yes! I got cold hard breadsticks and really bad salad this last visit but Ive gone 100 times and never had this trouble. Im giving them 5 starts based on my average visit.

I usually love olive garden and the food is always good, but today I was refused to be sold alcohol because my Tennessee Id had a hole punched in it and I had just got my California license and had a temporary I.D. They wouldnt accept! This bothered me considering all they need is my birthdate

We have really enjoyed this location and in general everyone has been very nice and helpful. One of the hostesses was condescending and a bit of a smart a**! We asked if we could sit in a quieter location (there were plenty of these available) and she responded "This Is It restaurant"!

Yesterday, I ordered their current special "buy one take one home" and the ziti dish was fine-however the broccoli chicken Alfredo was so dry we didnt eat anything but the broccoli and chicken from the dish. Guess Ill have to check food before leaving restaurant if we order again to go.

It was a great food. Our granddaughter enjoyed her birthday. Only problem was we were the forest ones to get there and they seated several other parties before us. Then when they finally had a table for us they gave it to someone else because they were friends with the manager.

The hostess was rude to my boyfriend and I because he has tattoos and tried to sit us on a crappy corner back table that was crowded in by other people. We left. Im really disappointed in the discrimination. Were young professionals and should not be treated like that.

We went at 9 pm to celebrate my granddaughter birthday since they are open til 10 there were 5 of us the look on the hostess face was less then inviting. The waiter was great not a long wait and they even brought a cake and sang Happy birthday to the birthday girl.

The food is good but the main thing that turned me off to this place is the fact that they buy all of their meals pre-made and juat heat them up and serve them to you.For a place that charges what tjey charge they should make it from scratch.

Decent food at a okay price. Walked in 15 minutes before closing and they were really friendly, made me feel a little bad for the chef, but great experience. I would most likely return and/or recommend to others.

Veterans Day 2015 was the 1st time I ate at an Olive Garden, one of my parents favorites rants. Pretty standard Italian fare. I loved all-you-can-eat salad and pasta for their 20th Anniversary celebration year.

I took my parents to dinner here and it was awful. My father got sick on the chicken he had. My moms food was cold, then we returned the food to get it heated up, and it was still cold.
