This used to be a good place to get a sandwich. I dont know if theyve changed management within the last year but the people working here now are rude and incompetent. The lady taking my order spoke too softly to understand and I had to ask for my cup and then couldnt remember which size I ordered. Whoever called out my name when my sandwich was completed must be a soft speaker as well as I never heard them say my name. They were then rude and told me to listen better next time. Dont bother coming in here anymore, I can only imagine what the service would be like during a lunch rush.

I love the Wich but this location should be avoided. Multiple times the "system is down" and they wont take orders, or theyre missing things like paper towels. The service is also not good. I think the current management just doesnt have a good handle on how to run a proper business. Someone please open a whichwich in Roanoke/TC area!

The customer service protocol for this business leaves a lot to be desired. Ive never been treated so poorly. False accusations have left me "banned" from this location. Do we really do this in the SERVICE" industry. Its mind boggling unbelievable, and the food is awesome its a shame really.....
