I am sorry to say that I am disappointed in the service from this Dutch Bros. store. I love the Carmelizer drink and have been a loyal customer of the Dutch Bros shops since the first one opened in Woodburn and then when the second one did. That was closer to my home. So when I moved to Canby and heard that Dutch Bros was putting a store here I was just delighted.... Most of the time the drink is fine. but since you have opened this shop I have had on 6 different occasions received a drink that was not prepared correctly. Twice I parked and went inside to report the drink was not prepared with the right ingredients. I could tell by just the color it was not right and the taste was off. Both time I had to state over and over it was not right. Yesterday it was the same thing again. Only I didnt pay attention to what it looked like when I received it. Had to hurry so put in cup holder and came on home. When I tasted it, it tasted like it had been made with canned milk. Please work with you people to get this right.... As a loyal customer I want this shop to be successful. Getting there is a bit of a challenge but if the drinks are not prepared correctly, I will stop going there. Woodburn and Oregon City will get my business when I am in their area.....

Okay... so I used to hit-up Starbucks on my way out of town to work. But one day the line at SB was really long, and I was running short on time, so I decided to hop over to Dutch Bros. I needed my coffee fix, so at this point it didnt matter where it came from. Best. Decision. Ever. It was a warmer day, so I ordered something iced (similar to my usual at SB), and right away was suggested some alternative ways to enjoy said drink. The staff is just so on point with making sure you enjoy your coffee in the best possible way. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the year or so Ive been coming here, and if they keep on surprising me by having my drink ready because they recognize my truck driving up (I mean... where else does that happen anymore?!), then I will NEVER go elsewhere to get my fix. Keep on kicking ass, Canby Crew! p.s. if youre looking for the best damn blended drink youve ever sipped-on, try this: Blended, parfait-style, Ninja Turtle Freeze (Frost, for no coffee) // youre welcome. -Van

The person that took my order outside was awesome. I waited behind someone in drive through and saw that person get a high five. I pulled up and it was a bored looking chick standing there talking in a fake voice (almost like she was forcing herself to be nice without conviction or sincerity). I feel like you have to know someone here to be treated decently. With the exception of the kind person that took my order outside, this Dutch bros is not like the rest, in terms of their service to their customers.

I only come here occasionally, but have always had great service. They tend to get through the drive through line really quick. One day I had to wait a few minutes because the car in front of me ordered an obscene amount of drinks (it looked like they were taking an order for an office or something) through the drive through. Since I was waiting for more than 10 minutes, they gave me my drink for free! I will always go here over the Starbucks across the street.

Only reason why not five stars is simply the crazy driveway to get into the drive through. I wont go into the rant for that. The drinks were all very well made. In fact four days straight we made this our stopping place for our morning Mission Trip pick-me-up. Typically placing an order for 6 to 8 people at the same time, they had it ready when we got to the window. Thank you. Friendly people.

Love the employees over there. They know me by name and remember what I usually order. When when Im in there they treat all the customers with kindness and approach their work with a light hearted attitude. I recommend this location to anyone. They are what makes Dutch brothers the best.

Tipped a young woman $20, and she was baffled. Its the little things. Excellent coffee, just generally a long line, and when people are leaving they dont pay attention half the time and always almost hit someone when leaving.
