This is quite possibly the WORST quiznos in the entire USA. I just came from there, and I will never go back. The cashier had a horrible attitude, and when she forgot to add my soda to the order, she kept accusing me of not asking for it (defensive much?) I asked to just purchase the soda, since I didnt want to stand around all day arguing with her over who said what (even though I DID ask for the soda, and my husband heard me) and she proceded to point at me, and exclaim to her coworker "WOW, OCD" ... Im not really sure where she got the impression that I have OCD ... I dont ... so unless you want an incorrect psychiatric evaluation, stay away from this quiznos! (Oh, and I should add that the manager was standing next to her the whole time.)

Lobster sandwich, the special for a limited time, is made of what tastes like imitation lobster (not real lobster which makes sense because it wouldnt be cost effective to sell a sandwich for $8 with real lobster) and chopped iceburg lettuce. I was expecting a selection of vegetables, but the lobster sandwich was made to order. Nothing too spectacular. Instead mundane and original. Note the bathroom door lock was broken. Taking #2 is not advised. At least the tables were clean and ample space available during dinner time. In fact I was the only customer. I would come back if I got sick of Subway

It be an understatement if i said I could have ran this place better as a 5th grader. The workers should all be fired except for the cashier (could careless about their work, or customer experiance) I understand why they wouldnt I hear its tough to find help these days.. Additionally, there was food all over the floor! Scared to think where that goes. Lastly, this place lacks well everything. I give it the big thumbs down and think what a shame quiznos at one point had such a great premium product..

Complete mess of a store we asked for cheese subs and the cashier charged us for the most expensive angus steak subs on the menu. then they messed up the subs by including meat in the subs when we specifically asked for none. 2x cheese subs and 2x broccoli cheese soups and drinks = over $40 we wont be going back here again, they didnt seem to know what they was doing, they didnt like sorting out mistakes they had made.

No communication between the kitchen and the person taking your order. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with dipping sauce. When I received my sandwich, I politely asked for the dipping sauce per their promo poster. Kitchen guy said, "We ran out." No substitute offered, no offer for a different sandwich. Thats crap to serve a dry sandwich with no make good. I am never going back.

This Quiznos is one of the last remaining in NYC or maybe the state, for that matter. While quick and efficient, the main draw to this Quiznos is the movie theater its attached to. The biggest plus is that you can buy your sandwich and cookie and take it into the theater. While this may not be an explicit policy, Ive never had any issues.

Horrible food. It doesnt have any taste. Will never waste my money on that food never again. The sandwich has no taste, the bread was wet, look like the vegetables were old and the meat had not flavor at all. Oh God. It felt so nasty from the first and only bite I had.

Pretty lackluster. There arent that many Quiznos left in the city, and this place feels like a sad reminder of what once was. Not sure how this place still pays rent. There sandwiches are subpar for lunch. You might as well head to Lenwich on the next avenue.

I had a terrible experience, there was an EMPLOYEE playing obnoxiously loud hip hop/rap music when I was trying to order my food. He had an attitude towards my dad and that is unacceptable. Never going there again.

I ordered a Italian with only peperponi. The cashier Rungnit up as a veggie +8 dollars with addons. I said cancled it and got a stank look sorry not paying 15 bucks for a 8" sandwich

They Have a new owner and the food and staff is great. They are they only store still running the 5 dollar special. They also have great music it you like old school.

The restaurant is not so busy ...but is ideal to workers and walkers...in the lunch time. I tried the "veggie sandwich" ...good taste.
