Clean ,staff is nice....however the tender crisp sandwich I received was burnt. Like very dark brown to black burnt. I took it back to the counter and asked if I could have one that wasnt burnt. The employee was very nice and apologetic and explained that they are required to cook this for 6 minutes and for some unknown reason sometimes they turn out like this. I was offered another sandwich or a replacement for anything else , which was a positive way to Han the situation. . But the point here is, if this tends to happen why isnt someone in authority looking into it so it doesnt?

The cashiers are very friendly and are polite. Always getting my orders correct when its a bit complicated but Im not ordering a lot. Im a picky eater when it comes to eating a Whopper. The location is great, and has enough space for the parking lot, around 15 to 20 cars. Inside the restaurant is clean however, the structure of the building isnt modern still has that feel of a restaurant that has been around for a long time. Food is great but there are times when the fries are a bit warm instead of it being hot.

Horrible food and horrible service. Tried BKs new grilled Hot Dog.. It comes served in their box and when I opened it I couldnt see a hot dog. It was covered in Mustard, Onions, Relish, Ketcup and more. All I wanted was a plain grilled Hot Dog. I asked for a new one, reluctantly the cashier gave me another one. One bite into the plain Dog and I see why BK decided to cover their Hot Dog in all that crap, it was awful. how in the world do you mess up a Hot Dog. Well BK figured out a way.

"The only Burger King I go to". Its across the street from where I live, and food and service have always been good. Its never been closed and Ive never gotten sick or have found foul things in my food, and the owner is almost always there. Most of the staff behind the counter have not changed in years. A good, reliable Burger King. Im giving them 5 stars for a Burger King, due to the staff, quality of food, and the hard-working owner.

A fair BK. Have gone there are food is good and other time its quite poor. Hint: Always ask for freshly cooked fries or else they are going to probably be cold. Staff is generally nice and establishment is usually clean.

I was surprised when I saw that one of the employees gave a customer extra onion rings as the result of a mixup on the order. My order was quick as well, it felt truely like fast food. :)
