I actually loved their food! I am into Middle eastern Mediterranean cuisine so this was perfect for me. I ordered the chicken kebab in the chicken was extremely tender and very flavorful it was also very juicy so I highly recommend you order the chicken and they also use breast not dark meat. We also ordered the starter which I also highly recommend the tabouli was probably one of the best Ive ever had in my life I will definitely say that it was made fresh in house, and I want to stress on the word FRESH. As a lot of Taboleh in many restaurants isnt fresh. We had the spicy eggplant which was definitely not crazy spicy but had a little pleasant kick to it. I will definitely come back again.

This is a small place. There are some flowers at each table. I ordered the Marrakesh tagine with two shesh kabab. The food was very tasty. However I would have to say my tangine was not a tagine but rather was just rice with two Lamb kababs and some spinach drizzled with some olive oil. Ive been to Morocco and what was served to me is not considered a tagine. The place could use some better ventilation. My coat smelled of food after I left. I came back another time with other people and thought the appetizers option is good alternative to getting entrees. They have a 5 appetizers for $20 which might be even better than getting an entre. You can try everything.

Went for chicken bastilla which they were out of 30 minutes after opening. Got the salmon stew which was undercooked- not really a stew but salmon topped with a thin layer of sauce. The rice was overcooked and the chickpea spicy salad was like lame chana. A side of tabouleh is $6! The mint tea was sweet and wasnt anything special. My friend had cous cous which was without much flavor and kofta was just OK. Quality not worth $55 for lunch. Disappointing.

This restaurant is absolute gem to the neighborhood. The food is comforting and tasty. Portions are filling but you dont feel gross after eating it. The service is so warm just like the food. Everything is seasoned well and the lamb kebabs were not only flavorful but so tender. The hummus is so smooth. Brunch here is quiet but lovely. Its a cozy place to catch up with friends.

Excellent authentic Moroccan, with a range of great light staples. Particularly useful is the 5 appetizers for $20, you can sample the labneh, tabbouleh, and more classic staples. Pair this with a simple but delicious entree and it easily feeds 2 people. They also have an amazing bottomless mimosa brunch. Cant miss!

I had the kofta tagine and enjoyed it a lot. Very tasty and it really hit the spot. It could have used a bit more of the tagine medium, but Id order it again in a heartbeat. The place feels good, too: friendly service, not too loud jazz, and big windows out to the street. Ill be back.

Good but didnt blow me away, especially at the price. Had three appys. Spicy eggplant was great, but the beet salad was meh, and the beef cigar dry and served with ketchup. Ketchup! Pretty sure thats not Moroccan in origin, wouldve appreciated a different sauce.

Went here because I saw tagines on the online menu, but they are nowhere to be found on the actual menu. The food itself itself is very good, the kofta was almost exactly how I remember it in djem el fna. It is however a bit overpriced for the amount you get.

I love this place. Did brunch with friends and everyone has a full belly and a big ol smile on their face. If youre looking for something good, you found it, your search is done. Come here.

We went in on a wed. night and was seated promptly. Service was courteous and the place clean. Had the chicken kabab entree and the tagine which were both yummy. Things tasted fresh.

Great food and great prices. The staff is super friendly and their drinks (mint lemonade and coffee) are excellent. Weve tried the brunch and lunch menu and they are delicious.

Nice ambiance, nice service but the food was only ok. Need to make an extra step with the quality of the barbecue especially.

I have had much better couscous than the one I ate in la shuk. Not sure how they got 4.5. Will likely never go back.
