Your internet is the worst. Please fix it. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A 5-G CONNECTION! Its why I hardly ever come in anymore! I just spent 25 minutes on a job application and when I went to submit it, your internet cut out and the whole thing was lost. Love how you DOUBLED the price of your tiny chocolate chip from .75 to $1.50, and half the time its stale because you dont rotate the older cookies out fast enough. I will not do work here again. You get one star because your coffee is good and your staff is so friendly. You really should bring back Jonas who knew how to run the place and was a friendly presence here all the time.

I do like this place very much. The coffee is great, and there is a real European feel to the place. There is a lot of place to sit and mostly has room, if you wanted to get some work done. There is Wifi, which is kind of slow, but enough for my needs. The staff is super friendly and quick with your order. My only complaint is their pastries. The look so so good, but they taste so so dry. I just feel like there is not enough turn around maybe that the pastries are just not great. It is a shame, as they do really look so good. Maybe they will get better, I will keep trying!

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Healthy food options and THE BEST EXPRESSO IN THE CITY! After moving here from Italy I have not been able to find a single good expresso or caffe sciumato made correctly. These people have it perfectly! Their macchiato is exactly what a sciumato should be. I love this place! Ignore any prior negative reviews that would have been a result of the old management, since the reopened in 2017 under new management they are FABULOUS!

This is a great place to bring a laptop and get some work in or study. The staff are super friendly and very customer service oriented. The espresso is good, not too dark or acidic. They give you a small chocolate with your coffee too.

Used to be my fave coffee place, but lately the service was absolutely disappointing. Mixing orders, serving latte w/o coffee (!), and no one really cares... food and coffee is still good, but wont spend money there for a while for sure.

Horrible. Used to be the best neighborhood spot. Good coffee in cups,... croissant on nice ceramic plates. No more. Everything is in paper. Ridiculous. Many people are back at the Le Pain Quotidien now. It never betrays its style.

Their caramel latte is pretty good. The baked stuff is rather stale. Wi-Fi here is quite fast and its definitely a good place to work at. Keep in mind that the music is rather loud so you might need noise cancelling headphones.

Great cushy seats, large/bright windows, delicious coffee, has both LinkNYC WiFi and its in wifi. Music is kind of loud and disruptive rock, so bring headphones/earbuds.
