This place has horrible workers who provide awful customer service. We had called in and made reservations two weeks in advance for my sisters bachelorette party for a group of 10 girls, only to find out at the restaurant that they do not make reservation for parties greater than 8. Ironically, a guy who had a nasty attitude, claimed he was the manager and says, "We don’t take reservations for parties greater than 6". I was furious because no one had the courtesy of letting us know that ahead of time especially when we first called in. In the end, we were left with no RESERVATIONS AT ALL!! and scrambling to find a place to eat. Thank you for ruining my sister’s bachelorette party! The staff handled everything in an unprofessional manner. I have never been so disgusted with a place before and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Ok so attempted to do Fat Buddha one Friday evening with a girlfriend, but not knowing the environment and area. We found it wouldnt be the spot for us to have a great dinner and catch up, though the 4 hour happy hour was extremely inviting. So in our hunt to rectify the issue and quickly we came upon this wonder. The hostesses were inviting and helpful in suggesting the best dishes at the time. The drinks were heavenly and service was on point. I recommend signature mojito camion (awesome!). This particular evening (because I will be going back) I had the mahi mahi special over white rice, roasted pineapple and and cream corn sauce. My girlfriend had the duck which she liked. We also had a side of brussel sprouts that grilled or sauteed either way they were Delish!

This place is AAAAAAAMAZING!!! The food is ridiculously fresh. Fresh tortillas, guacamole, salsa, chicken, carnitas, ahi tuna, etc... I threw my birthday party here and my friends and I had a blast!! Everyone had something different from burritos, tacos, fajitas to their amazing specials. I had their mango habanero glazed ahi tuna. Whhhaaaat!!!!???? OFF THE HOOK!! Dont even get me started on the drinks... those were just as delicious. My friends and I left happy and stuffed. The service.... A+++!! The people here helped and worked with me make my own pre-fixed menu for my birthday party. Totally decently priced. The staff there even surprised me with a birthday shot! Soooo much fun! Thank you El Camion for making my birthday even more special!!

I loved the food here. I tried the duck and the veggie fajitas, and both were delicious and very distinct. The atmosphere is OK, though the place is cramped and people in neighboring tables kept bumping against ours. I didnt like the service much, though. First, we asked for a table by the window, but we were told it was for a large group; then they gave it to the couple right behind us! Then after we finished our food, they brought us the check without asking whether we wanted something else, or offering the dessert menu (we asked while paying, and they had one). They kept people waiting even though there were other tables available "for larger groups" that never showed up. In general they seemed very disorganized.

It was a rip off... We have never been there in person, but decided to order delivery from them last night based on good reviews. The food was actually good and delivery was fast. However, portion sizes... it was a joke. I wish I took pictures. The halibut dish ($18) had probably around 4 or 5 oz of fish with almost non-existent vegetables del dia. The steak dish ($20) had probably around 3 oz of meat and 5 or 6 pieces of french fries. I added shrimp to my salad, which came to be as 3 shrimps. The only 2 things that were more or less reasonable in all price/value/taste dimensions were burrito and the salad. I dont know if those portion sizes are normal for them, but I would not order delivery from them ever again.

The best things I can say about my meal were that the staff was nice, the margarita was strong, and the guacamole was delicious. However, they dont give you much guac, even though its not free. I also ordered the black bean salad which sounded like somewhat of a nacho salad, and asked for it without corn and I ended up with a large pile of rather tasteless black beans with two soggy corn chips at the bottom. The menu said it also had guac, which I didnt find the little bit inside until I turned the corn chips over. Disappointing to say the least. I wish I had tried a real meal and not the he salad.

This is one of my FAVORITE brunch spots in NYC. Every time that I have gone, it has never disappointed. I always get the Huevos Rancheros its soooo good and for $10 you can beat it! Cant forget to mention that for $10 you also get a pretty decent frozen margarita AND a coffee. Such a great deal! Ive pretty much had the same server when I have gone and they are always really friendly. The owner is usually there during brunch time with his family and is really nice. Everyone who I have taken has loved this spot. For a fun and cheap weekend brunch spot, El Camion is the spot!

Food is excellent! Its always fresh and the specials are constantly changing depending on the season. I came here with friends a couple of months ago and have been coming back ever since. The staff is attentive without being overbearing and the drinks are anything but boring. Their infused tequilas had us there from happy hour until close. To top it all off, the owner David will make you feel like a regular even if its your first time there!

Great spot to get together with friends. Food is good..portions are just right. The drinks are what make this place though! Awesome awesome Ginerita!!! The ambiance is nice. Not too loud not too quite..perfect for double dates, girls night out. The staff is on point, these people are friendly and know their menu and their drinks. I was there with a group of friends and we closed the place down that night. Going back this weekend.

Best deal for brunch under $15 in the East Village: your brunch entree comes with a choice of a frozen margarita, Bellini or Bloody Mary (vegetarians take note, ask for the BM without the bacon garnish)! Ive tried the breakfast burrito and the huevos florentine (poached eggs over salmon and veggie patty) - tasty, filling and a fantastic value. Will be back for the $5 happy hour and to try the lunch menu!

3.5 Stars. Food was good, well presented and our server was accommodating to bring me different hot sauces. Nothing exceptional in that I prefer ethnic food prepared authentically seasoned. The tacos I had all seemed tame in this regard, something I notice many restaurants will do in order to cater to wider audiences. Dont be scared to serve some well seasoned & spicy items on the menu.

Two words. Huevos Diablos. Its egg benedict with a Mexican twist! Corn muffins, shredded roast pork, poached egg stacked with this amazing chipotle spicy hollandaise on top! You guys, their bloody marys have a stick of bacon in each one! Oh and heres the best part: These delicious little towers with potatoes, salad and bloody mary cost $10! Its the best deal in the city!!!
